A friend of mine bought this theme and asked me for some guidance in setting up his site.
The sample site looks really good, but getting a custom site up and running with this theme is a pain in the ass.
I have suggested that he try another theme.
The whole idea behind WordPress is to allow non-techies to EASILY put up good looking sites. Themes like this actually take away from that by making things so difficult.
For example, he put a slider on the front page, but wanted no content other than the slides. Not possible without custom CSS to hide the content section. Even then, the slider has this ugly grey vertical bar on the right side that we cannot figure out where it comes from or how to get rid of it.
The idea of WordPress for the masses is quickly getting lost. Not only due to themes like this, but also due to the WordPRess.org team. They are trying to add so many options to WordPress that they are abandoning the masses that made WordPress so popular in the first place.
Looks like it may be time for a WordPress fork.

I have to say I am appalled by the person above’s opinion of this theme. I have purchased hundreds of files from this website and I find this theme to be EXTREMELY customizable and easy to use. I question that persons ability to even leave feedback about such files. I highly recommend this theme its very rare to have such ability to customize a site via your admin panel.

Hey guys. This is a really great theme. I am just having one issue. The filter on my portfolio is not working. I have gone through the documentation and done it the way you say to, and still nothing. The support for this theme is GOD AWFUL . When I first purchased, the portfolio category filtering wasn’t working. When asked about it support said this function wasn’t possible in Wordpress. Then, all of a sudden they got it to work, but the output page is not customizable at all and looks horrible. So, i asked them how to disable the link to category, and they said that this was not possible. However, being as their support takes 4-7 days to reply to anything, I figured out the code modifications necessary. When I asked them something else about sorting categories, their answer was “Don’t use categories” or “Don’t use the sort function”
The worst theme support I have EVER encountered. My coding knowledge is very limited, but apparently its better than cmsmasters support.

Can you, please, specify on which resolution the issue occures? Your menu shouldn’t overlap on iPad actually. But if it does, you may use submenus or smaller font size.

It’s very simple. Just download fresh theme archive from themeforest, unzip it and find inside the fix folder, you’ll see readme inside of it. If you’ll follow our instructions, no data will be lost. But you can make a theme backup – just in case.

But be sure, you can customize it in a way it looked unique. We provide a “HOW TO” instruction with the theme.
You can use video in the slider, widget or in the content area and add a Contact Form widget to the right sidebar for at the home page.
Yes, this theme is responsive, except of One-by-One slider (animation doesn’t work in IE and Opera).

I’m designer and I was given this theme to customize for a client so I dont have access to his purchased account. I need help because I can’t get my head into how I can add a second menu to the bottom. I just need the main menu to be repeated there, preferably to be Responsive too. I have tried pasting numerous PHP codes to the index file but I am doing it wrong. Due to some background issues I can’t use the sidebar+widget so it needs to be incorporated to the index file.

main one is partners slider – I have 12 logos and set page to show 6 so it should cycle twice but mine does it 3 times and so 3rd cycle is empty and page below this therefore moves up. Is this right?

I am having a problem with the thumbnails displaying. My hosting service provider is telling me its a “timbthumb”problem. They don’t allow timbthumb as it is not secure. Can you make a suggestion on what I can do. Is there a way around timbthumb or another alternative?

Unfortunately Qreator can’t work without timthumb, only our latest themes can – Ambleside, Echolake, Brilliant, Shepard and Kindness. This file uploads images to the “cache” folder.
The only thing we can advise you is renew timthumb.php – it will keep you secured.

Copy this code to your timthumb file and – voila – your site is safe! One more thing – you should find this line:

Hi I am really struggling with this theme. Do you have a general tutorial video or document? I event tried looking at your support page but your tag clouds for slider and qreator come up blank. Hi, what is this “theme notifier” you have listed on the front page? I’ve never yet been notified of updates and I’ve had this theme since it first came out. In fact, I’ve just figured out that this theme disallows my site to communicate with Wordpress.org. Thoughts?
Actually it supposed to work and show a notification in the cmsms admin panel, that the update is available.
