Can I embed a youtube video and Aweber optin email form on the main slider of the Wordpress theme. I don’t need to rotate images, just the one video and optin form in the main image box.

Sure, you can choose the theme’s “No Slider” option which will remove the slider from the home page and then you can insert your form, video and whatever else you wish into a “Text” widget into the “Home Page Before Content” widget area.

I have purchased your theme. It looks great. I am now trying to link to a youtube video, but want a popup (lightbox) to appear on my page when I click the slider image. I am trying a lightbox plugin that is looking to create a link.

What would I enter into your “Link” form in the Qualifire slide image settings that would allow me to open a youtube in a popup on this page (video only, not entire youtube page). Are there other plugins that you know do this with Qualifire? I’m open to anything.

If I change the name of the theme folder from qualifire to mytheme the browse button disappear.

I just purchase the theme and I can’t seem to figure out where to change the color of the theme to what I want. I don’t see an option to switch the “style sheet” anywhere.

I purchased “Qualifire” not “u-design.” I tried to create my membership, and it’s not working saying the item code is wrong, when it’s the right code.
Why make this situation so damn hard to get an answer? You can check that I purchased your theme, what’s the problem? How do I change the color, that’s all I need to know.

Just bought the theme and when I open the Index HTML file none of the pictures show. I have right clicked and chose show picture but nothing appears. The pictures are quite helpful for setting up, please can you tell me what to do to get a working set of instructions?

No, I don’t offer a specific page template for that, what the theme offers is all in the demo site. Don’t forget that with the help of a little HTML /CSS you can build anything and use it in the WordPress editor.

I found the instructions online and have been through them so thanks. A few more specific wquestions:
I would like to change the theme colour to a specic color (not one listed in your choices). How do I do this and then also make the rest of the theme white?
2) My logo is wide and short (like a name). When I upload it is sits at the bottom of the area. How do I increase this?
3) On the same theme how do I remove the search box and make the top logo bar narrower?
4) How do I remove the ‘back to top’ link at the bottom?
5) How do I add a location in the google maps widget?

To your question, the theme doesn’t offer its sliders to be used on inner static pages, although it could be done, but it’s more complicated and would require code changes.
It might be much easier for you to use a third party slider which offers shortcode which you can then insert into any page or post or “Text” widget and there you will have a slider:

Hi,
Something often not given enough attention to is caching!! Make sure after you do the changes that you clear the cache and “hard” refresh the page in your browser to be able to see the changes right away. If you’re not sure how to “hard” refresh a page in the specific browser you’re using, just Google it and you’ll find instructions how to do that. Also, don’t forget if you have any Caching WordPress plugins installed to also either clear their cache or disabled them for the time being altogether.

I purchased this theme and I love it…
there is just one last thing I’m trying to put in place…
In my menu I want to add a dropdown menu items with a little icon beside the item title… for example a “country location selector” with the flags beside it…
I can create the menu items and drop down just find I just can’t figure out how to add an image, an icon or something beside it… any ideas ?
you might have to apply some custom CSS to add that graphic, you’ll need to figure out which CSS is representative of that unique item and use that. A handy tool in this case would come Firebug.
