hi i have just paid agian for the quick hosting and i am still getting

I am interested in purchasing this theme. I like the design and options. I am new at this so I was wondering if this theme is something simple enough that I can just upload into my wordpress hosted site in Godaddy and just make changes from the admin area? Or if I need to hire a developer to build it out for me.
