QuickRise WordPress Theme

How are you guys implementing drop down menus for catagories.. they are not showing up foe me.

Hi, I bought this theme, it is good at the moment.

How can I change the “Recent articles” in the index.php to a specific category?

Does anyone know how to remove the H1 tag from the site logo. I’ve looked through all code and not found logo.gif in there anywhere. Hopefully it’s easy enough.

thank you for you excellent theme ! I am very happy for this .

But I have a two little problems :

1) I have many posts that not have images , then I want put a image for default (for exemple : my logo) for this post without images .Because the the thumbnails is in Blank !

2) I have 200 categories ,and my website is very vey slow , I will want put the drop categories .

What I do ?

I emailed you these questions as well, but wanted share with others..

a couple of questions about quickrise theme…

- logo: I am saving logo as best I can in gif format, but the logo looks too pixelated for me. Any recommendation for gif or can I use .png?

- I can probably figure out the answer to this but just want to be sure, I want to replace the search bar on the left with an areas of practice nav, do I just update the main index.php for that? Anything I need to do to ensure that when any of them are clicked they show up properly?

- replacing advertising, If I want to add a form in place of the advertising box, do I just replace the code in the index.php for that as well? I tried adding a html widget on the top right section and it removed the video…

Any other tips you can offer would be great to make sure I dont screw anything up…

Is there a way to exclude pages/cats from the navigation?

I have tried the advanced category excluder and exclude pages plugin but neither work.
