I’m very interested in your theme but I have a presale question. I ran it through MailChimp CSS Inliner and then through Litmus and it looks good except for Outlook 2000 – 2003 there was a lot of extra space on the left hand side and a ton of extra space at the bottom of the email. Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi, thank for purchased my template, I’m not sure what cause the spacing but I’ll update as soon as I known. However, as far as I know that Outlook is render html email with Microsoft Words engine since Outllook 2010. It quite difficult to make it look the same across all version(of Outlook) and not effect to all other email client(gmail, hotmail, thunderbird, etc). I hope you understand. regards :)

Hi! tried to edit the template in Mailchip without succes. I followed your recommendations in some comments here and do it inside the campaing, but it doesnt work either. It seems you have documents and videos where you explain it, but cannot find them.

Hi, I’ve purchased Quinn, and have been very happy with the package to date. However, I’m experiencing some issues with mobile as the elements move around.

Can you please provide documentation or advice for fixes in mobile?

Thanks, Samantha

Hi,

Is there any way to make this responsive as an e-mail sent straight from our server and not via MailChimp and such?

nutzumi

Hi, sorry I don’t know much about server stuff. as far as I know. You will need to host the template and image. then open the template in the browser, select all and copy to paste. in your client. but this is not a suggestion. It depend on your email client or software(for sending email) on your server. that support responsive or not. even Web base service like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail. and Outlook software still not support responsive yet.

Thank for purchased my template :)
