Hello, I am trying to upload this theme to my site through netfirms, but it will not allow me to. It states:
Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.
Can you please help me?

The theme package download contains not only the theme but also a documentation, templates and psd files. Please unpack it first and then upload the file “theme/rackhost.zip” to your WordPress site.
I think if this theme was set up for whmcs you could have sold it a million times already i fell it’s currently its only let down.
Good theme overall about to buy it but WHMCS integration would be great

I know that WHMCS integration is very important for some customers but most of them use the theme by linking to it and seem to be satisfied. I will however think about integration in the future.
Hello, Our web person has made quite an amount of mods to the design changes to template. The only thing we would like to correct from your new version is the twitter feed not working. Is there are way to just apply this fix?

Of course, you just have to replace the disabled Twitter API url with the new one. Please open the file “js/rackhost.js” and replace

Great theme. Any chance we can get some social media icons integrated into this? I see Twitter, but what about Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.?
Thank you very much. The Twitter icon is only being displayed for the feed. Every other social link should be placed without icon in the footer as shown in the demo. I will however consider adding social icons with the next update.
Okay sounds good. One more question. I am having a problem with the title of pages. I am using Yoast SEO plugin, which let’s me set the SEO title of the page. What is see is as follows:
When I add a page called “About Us” and give the SEO title “About Us | Our Company” there are 2 areas where this data can be displayed. First is the meta title for the page. The second place is the text that shows in the blue area of the theme (same row as support data shown). What happens now is both areas show the SEO title.
What I need to happen is:
1. the SEO title = Page meta title 2. the blue area should show “About Us”, not the text I entered into the SEO title.
I am looking through the code to figure out how to make this change, but so far I haven’t found it. Any help would be appreciated!

The theme package includes a step by step documentation which I strongly recommend to follow. You have to set up the slider in the theme options, create a primary menu to show the navigation subtitles and import the text templates. This way it will look exactly like shown in the theme preview.

Now I found way to intall it but slider is not showing up in homepage not even any feature which is shown in DEMO of RackHost WP theme. I tried to check on theme options. But there not many options which help me activate slider of even the sections below the slider. Please take a look at my site: dothosting.in. Could you please help me with it. I can’t wait to see this working full fledged. Please help me ASAP . This is my third request for help.

To show the slider you have to set up a page using the page attribute template “Home” and select it as your homepage in the “Reading Settings”.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the theme where on the slider’s bottom area it displays a number (1,2,3) instead of teh title of the slider. I recall seeing the titles before but just not sure what is causing this. Any ideas?

Its is possible. He no longer does any work for us as this was a common trend, fix something only to break something else. Is there a file you’d recommend that we re-upload in order to reset?
Were you able to fix the issue? I checked your site with Chrome again and now it seems to be working.

I don’t know about integration but as far as I am aware you can link to Paypal with custom selling urls. Please read the official developer documentatation regarding those topics. https://www.x.com/developers/paypal/documentation-tools/quick-start-guides
Unfortunately no, you will need your own domain checker script. Please consider using a service like WHMCS or Hostbill.

The theme does not have an option to set a text logo, but you could easily just create a PNG file with your company name. If you don’t own Photoshop or a similar software I would be happy to do it for you.

Unfortunately no. I will however think about WHMCS integration in the future. Right now I am just not able to do it.

I do have one more question will your theme have the option to show search on the header or top menu? IMHO, this should be quite prominent. It is a beautiful theme!
I too express a desire for a theme which could integrate WHMCS or Blesta. I think it will be another huge incentive to purchase your theme.
Unfortunately the search can currently only be displayed in the sidebar. I will definitely think about a WHMCS integration. However, I will only be able to release it in the beginning of next year.

Interesting, I had a look at their site and they seem to use the regular WordPress version. Maybe they copied your content for placeholder reasons. Please contact them directly to solve this issue.

There are many more hurdles we, your customers, must overcome:Now that we have purchased your theme, only about 1% of us will actually make any money as a result of this purchase. We, as aspiring little businesses, will have to move quickly to see if our ideas will even work.
XML demo loads are just a courtesy to your customers, permitting them to find out if they will win or lose, just a bit quicker. So 30 minutes might be a big deal to most of us, because your theme might be our livelihood; some of us are racing against time.

I understand that many themes come with XML files and I would really like to provide one with the download. The problem however is that you will still need to set up the widgets, menus and support navigation manually which makes the demo page rather unappealing after the import. The short setup of the theme will also help new users to completely understand all available functions that could be easily missed with an import.
