Rackhost Hosting WordPress Theme

It seems that in the green version, the little shadow area at the menu is missing. Is there any way to include it? How can I do it?

The theme is awesome but i have a small problem with the menu. I am not able to get the dropdown menu. I added pages as Parent but also having problem. Please help me.

Where do I obtain for support? I just recently bought the template

Where do I actually obtain the support navigation icon for the phone and all those? It isn’t included in the template itself.

I notice that when I use <p></p> tags, it doesn’t create the paragraphs as expected.

When I activate and use Twenty Twelve or other themes, the paragraph are OK. Is there any reason why this should be happening?

I was the first one commenting on this theme and wishing I would own a hosting company. Now I do and looking forward to build your theme.

Its actually really hard to find good up to date themes for web hosting.

Hi there.. i want to update the theme and i´m wondering if i just have tu update those files with changes or i have to paste the entire rackhost directory into the server..

I begin updating only the changed files but the captcha doesn´t work, the twitter thing works well instead.. i dont´t know about the 3rd level menu nor the shortcodes..

What is the best approach to update the theme?

Serifly, Hope you are OK! I can understand the holiday but 6 days with out any response from your users or even an explanation .. is just way too much. Would you offering me a suggestion no matter how brief on how to sort this issue out?

We bought this theme and also the WHMCS version of it. For us, this promise: “Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need help or stumbled upon a bug.” is completely meaningless. You have abandoned your customers and despite all our plea you have not taken even a second to respond to our queries.

We are deeply disappointed and it is not the right way to treat those that spend their hard-earned cash on your products.

It is really a shame and a pity.

Please is there a way to make the Support Phone Link clickable?

Is this theme ready for WP3.5

I have been waiting for your response for more than 2 weeks now. I realized that you have the lines below in function.php that strips native WordPress functionality.

// Remove paragraph tags around shortcodes remove_filter(‘the_content’, ‘wpautop’); add_filter(‘the_content’, ‘wpautop’ , 12);

Even the tab short-code: [tab_wrapper] is having real issues.

Please do for once respond and let us know as the theme author how to correct this.
