Hello. Congratulations on your template, it’s beautiful.

I have two problems that I did not work out.

First. I can not set the BitSHOK Block social, settings button does not appear in the Modules section. I copied the files for ftp again and does not work. Any solutions?

Second. At home the New Products module only displays in English, I not find this problem to solve. Any idea?.

Sorry about that but BitSHOK Block Social module is not complete that’s why it doesn’t have a configure button yet. It will be available on a future update.

Regarding the new products tab on homepage I think that it didn’t translate automatically and you will have to manually translate the remaining fields. If you don’t know how to do this chapter 6 Translation from the documentation covers this.

Hello,

With the current default module for menu it’s not possible to add images for the submenu, but you may find other menu modules that may suit your needs.

I’m planning to add a mega menu on a further release that will have the option to show the category image.

Hello,

Go to Localisation > Translations and select “Installed modules translations” with Raindrop theme. Search for “blockpaymentlogo” and the word “Payment” will show up. Now search for “blockpermanentlinks-header” and you will find “Contact us”.

Hello, the template works fine in local, but not in the server. In products page the name, description, price… the product’s information disappears. The website is cakepack.es/prestashop/ Could you help me please? I tried disabling modules, I reinstalled the template, but nothing, does not appear teh information. I have also uploaded the server memory limit to 150M I appreciate any suggestions, thank you very much. Montse

As I see it now everything is messed up. It looks like an uncomplete installation or like some files or modules are missing. Another strange thing is that I get a pop-up which gets blocked by my browser.

Did you migrate from local to your server or did you reinstall it on the server?

If you migrated make sure to delete the smarty cache files. This might help.

Get back to me and we’ll see what can be done.

I’ve uploaded the web from the localhost (http://websamida.dyndns.org:1080) where it looks ok.

The pop-up is the debug from prestashop, that is activated to look if there is something wrong.

I’ll try to delete the cache from smarty.

Perhasp it’s a problem with users from the cpanel, as the ftp is one user and the files generated from the server are from another user…

Dear Bitshok,

I’ve just sent you an email. I’ve just downloaded the last version of Prestashop, set up the theme in the folder (I also copied/cut the modules folder) but I finally have something very ugly (like if the css was not working or something).

Also, would it possible to have the images somewhere to get the exact same result that the one in the pictures?

Hi Bitshok,

I realised my website with your theme loading speed is about 11-12 seconds! Where the default theme is 4-5 seconds. Do you have any tips or settings for Prestashop that can improve on the loading speed?

Hello,

Try using the CCC feature from Advanced Parameters > Performance, it might help. The theme contains more scripts and the css files are bigger than the default one.

1) There is no easy way to move only the newsletter block just below the slider, you’ll need to make this module support the position displaySlider. But if you wish to move the entire blue block that contains the newsletter block and the reassurance block than I could help you with that.

2) I can also help you disable responsiveness.

Go to Back office > Modules > Modules > Facebook box and click Configure. At the moment the theme comes with an older version of this module, you can find the latest version here: http://goo.gl/U3xnqU . It includes more options to configure.

Hello, congratulations. In my theme the zoom in the page of product is not active. as you can activate the zoom. Also the image is configured correctly, but is very small thanks.

To activate the zoom go to Back office > Preferences > Products > Product page > Enable JqZoom instead of Thickbox on the product page .

Make sure you have the right configuration for images in Back office > Preferences > Images , also Regenerate Thumbnails.

Hello, I bought your theme i’ve been working on local server some time and now i’ve upload the site to a server. I have updated to 1.5.6 prestashop version and the theme version is also updated 1.5. I’m having some trouble in the main product page, the “fancybox loading” image is not despairing, you have to click on it to hide it. What can I do?

Hello,

Clear the cache and see if this solves the problem (BO > Advanced Parameters > Performance > Smarty > Clear Smarty cache & Autoload cache ). Also if you have updated the theme from a previous version I recommend to reinstall the BitSHOK Gear module.

Hey I had to reinstall the gear module, but by now is working fine. Thanks for fast answering.

I have one more issue with the BitSHOK Block advertising in the advert image there is text and I can’t find the way to use translations in here. Is it possible to load different images for different languages?

Hello,

Try this in order to solve the override error:

1) Uninstall the BitSHOK Gear module

2) Go to YOUR_PRESTASHOP/modules/bskthemeoptions/override see what files are in every folders and with that in mind go to YOUR_PRESTASHOP/override and where you find the same files delete them.

3) Reinstall BitSHOK Gear module
