Greetings, dear developers. I need to ask you a realy important moment. I have your theme, previous version. I read article about deleting timthumb.php technology, from them. Now I can’t switch to new version of theme, but I need to replace timthumb for another code. Question is, can you say all places where timthumb are stick to theme code, so I can replace it to other function. I need your assistance with do it right, would be nice if you can help me.

Looking into this theme and already sold on it but I have a question.

Does this work with adsense responsive ad code (beta)? Had a theme that didn’t support adsense responsive.

Will there be an update to this theme? I’ve just purchased and installed, but I’m finding a number of problems (such as the ratings function not working at all).

I’ve sent a support ticket, but I’d be keen to update the files to a fully-functioning version ASAP as the theme still looks great. Thanks.

I just purchased this and I’m already frustrated =( The rating system is the entire reason I purchased your product and I see others having the same issue. There was absolutely no initial warning that this was a problem prior to purchasing. I can’t seem to find where to activate rating system when I post a review. There is no rating sliders showing up in the side panel. I have submitted a ticket, but I’m a little upset. You don’t have any articles at all in your Knowledge base either. I have purchase several themes and every dev has a support page for registered users with forum posts to help solve issues, but your page is empty.

Hey, I recently bought the ratius theme. Installation was very easy but in the review I can’t find the option (In the video some sliders are shown) for changing the amount – Thanks for your help!

Yeah please email me at support@wptitans.com and i will guide you through. We need more time to release the update since at this point the fix won’t pass the review process because some other thing we have added are no longer according to themeforest new guidelines.

That’s the reason we help our buyers through email till we have everything covered.

Very disappointed.

Downloaded theme and installed but no documentation. Click on “Well documented” link and instead of a “well documented” text, just ads for other themes etc. Worse than pathetic.

Ok if you are a pro developer or have weeks to try to figure out what each option does. Worse still no reply to 2 emails in 4 days requesting information. The theme may or may not be any good, I can’t tell. Just appalling service and even worse documentation. Note: to all the wannabe developers out there, no matter how good you believe your product is, without customer service and good documentation you will not succeed. I would like a refund.

Hi, you need to download the full package from themeforest inside the theme folder ratius-unzip you find a docs folder a psd folder and much more.

So please before you start ranting and accusing us of all kind of things make sure you have your download properly downloaded from your downloads page on themeforest.

HI,

I have to say I’m fairly disappointed with the customisation options. Most themes for this kind of price have more options for changing the colour scheme etc. within the options panel.

I am good with CSS but it still seems quite tricky to find the correct code to change certain parts of the layout.

I am building a child theme to limit any future problems. Please could you tell me where to locate the correct CSS to change the following?

1. The Navbar background and font colours 2. The footer background and font colours 3. The width of the main image on the review panels.

Hi,

Just a couple of questions please -

1. Is there a way of displaying more projects vertically on the portfolio page? I realise it is possible to change the number of columns but can you change the number of rows so it could be 3×12 for example? http://www.motivproductions.co.uk/projects-portfolio/

2. I have asked this before but haven’t been able to resolve the issue – My image sliders are not as responsive as my video slider on the homepage or as the examples on the salient demo.

I have tried changing the min image size in the settings but it makes no difference. E.G http://www.motivproductions.co.uk/services/

The images on a smaller screen don’t seem to be re-sizing at all.
