Lol! Thanks Chris
You know the drill… holler when you have a question or spot a feature that you think would make the theme better.
Cheer! Brandon
great job man

+4 moreGreat theme Brandon!
Like the nav animation!
Thanks a lot Philo! (long time no hear man!)
The animation was initially an accident; I was trying to add padding to the last-child in the nav list and forgot that I left my transitions on for the nav… long story short, the slide effect worked nicely so I dressed it up with some color and acted like I meant to do it
Cheers! Brandon
It’s been a while indeed! Busy times!
Hi,
shame really nothing new. Why the blog template is always so neglected? I would not describe it as a blog or magazines;)
Greetings from Germany
True… well, sorta – the traditional blog template is, well, traditional (because lots of people enjoy using the tried & tested layout of content + sidebar). With that said, there are three included “hybrid” blog options with feature different layouts, as well as several individual post options (like the ability to flip colors and remove the sidebar altogether). So yeah, it does the generic stuff you would expect a theme to do, then it does something extra if you’re feeling frisky
B
I like this template. Like all of your other templates! Pretty amazing work.
Thanks Boost, it’s greatly appreciated

This is great work. Nice to see you took responsive design into consideration. Im buying it. One question though. How can I disable the sliding when you hover over the menu? That way it stays in a static position?
Sure – I’m pretty sure that’s just a simple parameter add on to the slider, I can see whether or not it’d make sense to add this as a theme option, or I can show ya how to edit the skeleton-key.js file to make it work that was as well
Thanks! Brandon

+4 moreAhh..
Is that a good “ahh” or a bad one?
Thanks for dropping by crozer!
It is as good as it could be. Your new minimal-grunge style really mimics the one I have also recently adhered to, so I really, really like it.
What are differences between this one and the Skeleton WP?
I like this one, I just want to make sure I am not missing out on anything.
Thank you.
Aside from lots of small typographic details and general styling stuff (new backgrounds, etc.), the main differences include:
In the long run, some of the stuff like the bonus blog templates and the “to the top” plugin WILL make it back over to SuperSkeleton. The major difference here is the navigation styling and the new homepage modular stuff which lots of people requested (and which will be exclusive to Reaction).
Hope this helps! B
How is it with video?
Great – video works with all pages/posts and I’ve had a few buyers already use this with FitVid.js to make responsive videos. You can also launch videos via any thumbnail on the theme to a lightbox using Vimeo, Youtube, .mov files, etc. Long story short, it works quite nicely
B
epic, I downloaded the zip after purchase, but I keep getting an error when attempting to unzip: “unable to expand – Error 2 – No such file or directory”. do you think you could email me the zip? not sure if the file here is corrupt: austinneill@gmail.com
Hmmm – ill try it out myself and reupload the file just on case ThemeForests version is screwy – you might also try redownloading it as that’s often the problem in a corrupted situation. Either way, I’ll email you a fresh copy a well!
B
yeah tried downloading 3 times, same problem. thanks for getting back to me so quick. I’ll lookout for you email. cheers.
Yeah I’m getting the same thing on my Download page as well – I’m reuploading the entire ZIP as we speak – I’ll email you when it’s done with the fresh copy as the reviewers often take an hour or two to approve the new file for download.
Thanks for the heads up! B
Email sent if you emailed me (I’m not sure which email address is yours)
Brandon,
I tried activating your reaction beta theme and when I did it broke my whole Wordpress install and all I can get on the front end or the admin section is a page that says the following:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /homepages/41/d298271488/htdocs/therodimels/wp-content/themes/reaction-beta/functions/tgm-plugin-activation/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 53
Ever seen this or know how I get my wordpress install back?
Thanks, Zach
It sounds like the ThemeForest zip was corrupted, I’m uploading a fresh zip file as we speak and I’ll also be glad to email you a copy right now if u want to leave your address here
Thanks, that’d be great! zrodimel@gmail.com
Ok – emailed ya! The file was definitely corrupted – just verified it for myself
New file should be up in a few minutes.
B
Hi there,
before I buy this theme just want to know it has the option to change the yellow bits of the theme into another colour? E.g. red or orange.
Let me know please
Thanks!
Yep – there are color changers and pickers throughout the theme options panel
So you can get an entire new color scheme just by clicking a few options.
B
I just purchased and also just got that error, can you email me to please?
Canon7d@me.com
Sent
New file should be available on TF in under an hour as well.
B
Is there a typo in your email address? The email got sent back to me – send me an email from my Profile page to be safe
Okay, I just emailed from it. It doesn’t have a typo. Weird.
If it bounces back, its okay. I can wait another hour.
Yup – still bouncing back, but the new file is already up as of about 30 seconds ago – try redownloading the file now
B
Hi! I just purchased the download and got the error as well. Can you please email the file to me?
cheri@urbangirldesigngroup.com
Thank you very much!!
New theme ZIP is already up – Thank the ThemeForest review staff for fixing this right away!!! Go ahead and grab the new zip as usual from your download page
B
Is there a way I can add different buttons to the image when a mouse hovers instead of light box or full post.
I was thinking of something a little bigger that says “More info” and “Download” like button.
Is that possible?
Thank you.
Hi Deyson!
Yes, but it’d be what I’d consider as an advanced modification as it’d require a fair bit of CSS and PHP to set this up reliably (presuming that each post would have a “download” URL , you’d also need to properly position the new button and assign the proper transitions, tooltip, etc.). So yes, very possible… but I wouldn’t recommend the customization unless you’re pretty comfortable making these sorts of advanced changes
Hope that helps! B
B
Can I add links and buttons inside of the slider?
Yes, via the caption in each slider
B
Don’t usually comment on themes alot anymore but this is the business, nice work!
Thanks a lot Henry! The comment is appreciated all the more
B
Is it possible to get the social link widget in Reaction near the same position as it is in SuperSkeleton? I prefer having the call to action at the top in the mobile theme instead of after the posts.
Not a bad idea at all Auto – I’ll add this in for the 1.02 update… how it’ll likely work (at first) is that we’ll insert some “mini” icons into the top right of the super-header (aka, the top hat) as there’s a high liklihood of there simply not being enough space right next to the navigation. Still, we can make them “pop up” as bigger icons when we move them into the responsive mode… so this should make for a nice balance. Let me know what ya think – Right now I’m working on a few other small issues for 1.01b and b, but I’ll be starting the official 1.02 update on Wednesday once I’ve collected enough of these feature requests.
Cheers! Brandon
