I thought this theme came with a PSD . I just bought it and I couldn’t find the PSD in the zip file.

Please help!

I have the same exact problems as the two mentioned above Warning : The Folder : /home/offer22/public_html/NLP/wp-content/themes/real-estate-gold/theme-assets/php/cache is not writable, please set the chmod of the folder to 777 in order for the theme to work correctly. -which i see u have a fix for in functions.php

as well as

following links are broken: / Wp-admin/wp-commentnavi/commentnavi-options.php / Wp-admin/wp-pagenavi/pagenavi-options.php

I have the same issue as above, also installing this theme on version 3.1 caused my entire server to run extremely slow and the site timed out. I had to get the host to go in and completely remove this theme from the site!

Don’t buy themes from Themespike if you want tech support on your product…it does not exist.
