I’m still puzzled how the slider works!!! i just can’t seem to add pictures to it at all.
What i did: slides – add new slide – gave it a title – set the featured image – slide type as image – link to nothing – clicked save. Should that image appear now on the slider??? b/c it’s not or am I doing it the wrong way
Hi, Is it possible to choose another language for Event dates?Start Date and End date??... Or in wich place I can “translate” the monts who appear in this option?

I have just purchased the theme from ThemeForest and tried to upload it, but it failed. I then proceeded to upload it via FTP to the themes folder as suggested in your documentation. I could then see the theme in the management area. After trying to activate the theme, it just hangs there for 15 minutes and nothing happens. Also, now the actual site is not reacting at all as well.
Every time I upload a file to this theme I get a 404 and internal error message, the same goes for the XML for the sample data.
Now, since I cannot load the sample data, it is a big setback time wise. Please could you assist or suggest a way forward to get this sorted out, as I really like the theme as it was portrayed on the download site as mentioned above.

http://scheetzdesigns.ticksy.comI am having audio issue still. Latest version has been installed, mp3 audio plays ONLY when viewing the post directly. On a media archive page (where multiple media items are displayed) the mp3 media will not play. Have already updated, totally rebuilt the slider, getting frustrated, please help.
Other than this, rather glaring issue, the them works great.

Is this theme ready for Wordpress 3.4.2. I want to make sure when i update it will not crash the theme.

Hi Justin, I’ve just purchased this theme and downloaded, taken the theme.zip file from within the larger zip and uploaded it to my 3.4.2 hosted WP network site. The theme installs fine and has been network enabled. All good so far.
However, when I enable it on either an existing or newly created WP site, the site no longer responds, giving:
Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving http://lauda.collaborationmatters.com/thisweekinlotus/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.I can apply other themes just fine, but rebirth causes this issue everytime.
Any ideas?

Is it possible to increase the number of events and media items to 8 instead of 6 per page?
I’m pretty sure you can use the “Settings > Reading” panel to adjust the number that gets displayed.

Clear your cache, set your homepage again from Settings > Reading and see if that does the trick. If not, submit a ticket:

You probably need to reset permalinks. Just go to Settings > Permalinks, set them to default (and save), and then back to Post Name (and save again) or something similar.
Is there a way to set a limit on how many items display in the homepage slider?
No, the limit is only set by how many slider items you add.
Will this theme work with our own video links? I see yours are Vimeo links, but we’d like to use our own.
Right now it only works with Youtube and Vimeo links.
Where should i translate the theme?
You can install a translation plugin to do the trick, or use software like POEdit. The choice is yours!

Justin is a stud. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue for me, which ended up being a dns service (I run cloudflare) issue. Not only did I need to purge my host’s cache, I needed to purge theirs, too. So whenever you update, check ALL possible cache sources if something doesn’t take effect immediately. I’m getting comments from some people that they can’t listen to the audio files off the site. The files are all MP3’s. What can I do to the site or tell them that they need to do to their computer for it to work?
If they’re listening on a desktop computer, it requires Flash to play, on a mobile device like a phone or tablet, it will play via html5. It would be helpful to find out what they’re using and which browser is having the issues. THanks!
