Purchases of the bundle are as-is purchases and are not eligible for support from authors – this was stated on the sales page as you can see here at the bottom – http://s.zilla.cc/ENKJ

In short, there is no physical way we can validate your purchase as you have effectively bought from the Envato account and not our account. Authors only have the ability to verify purchases of their own files – we just cannot physically verify your purchase I’m afraid. This goes for all items in the bundle, not just ours.

Lightbox is not working for me when I use the widgets small and large screenshot widget.

I’m running Wordpress 3.5.1 fresh install. I can see the theme only supports up to 3.4? Is there a quick fix I can do or what’s your input on using the theme with 3.5.1?

When I add second slide then the content of both the slides are cut from the bottom. What do I do to solve this ?? This doesn’t happen when there is only a single slide.

I’ve bought the bundle some time ago, and it is the first time I download the item for a project of a client.

I’ve installed the theme, translate some text strings (Portfolio—> Products), using the Localization plug-in. The new strings works great but the Portfolio layout is gone.

Just wondering if you could give me some hints on what else I need to change to bring the Portfolio layout (template) back?

The Redux theme was part of a bundle in Feb 2012. The theme has evolved since then with around 4 major updates so the issue could be a number of things.

I believe the issue is due to the translation but without having more info, and being able to have a good look at the site through our support system, I would be guessing. I would definitely recommend you update to the latest version of the theme regardless.

Yes I’ve noticed that the bundle bought As-Is. I am try all I can to figure out how to do this and that, until I reached the strange issue. I guess it was something assigned to the name “portfolio” which I translated into “product” and so the assigned template won’t come up and used the default post template instead.

Just need some hints on this part, hopefully don’t have to buy the item again (yea I know I paid discounted price as a bundle).

My guess is that during the translation you have perhaps changed the name of the portfolio template. I would look to see if this is the case. Unfortunately without being able to look at the site properly I’m going to be of little help.

Just wondering if you have an option in the new version of the theme that can turn Portfolios into Products or Services, in the frontend or back end, or if you will provide a guide to have the switch done?

Hi,

I’m not 100% sure what you mean exactly but the answer is more than likely no, the theme comes as per the demo. You can change the terminology from portfolios to services on both the front and back end, that would be a small change. To change the content shown on each portfolio page however would require a bigger one – possibly a task for a developer.

I’ve actually change text in many files in the functions folder as well as some in the theme’s root to replace related terminologies. Now all “portfolio” have been changed to “product” in the admin menu as well as front-end. Also changed “skill-type” to “product-category” so things seems loading ok.

Only one issue left which is about the thumbnails not showing on the Portfolio page. Single Col, Two Col and Three Col template are ALL not showing the thumbnail. However when click “Read More… the image shown with no problem.

Need to get this tiny issue fixed and get approved from the Client, so that I will buy the license.

Might I suggest you purchase the full license and pose these questions in our support forum? We would be able to take a look at your site code and see what the issue is. I’m not going to be much help from these comments I’m afraid.

On my homepage, the header size doesnt chnage so my image gets cut off.. And in Portfolio, the filters dont work!

Also, when u go to a menu item with submenu it doesnt have the animation…Any idea what I can do to fix these issues? Thanks
