Hi, you can grab the demo content from the support forum http://support.premiumpixels.com after you have purchased. It will get you all the posts, pages and portfolios used in the demo but you will still need to configure the theme options and widgets. In short, it will give you a bit of a head start.

Quick question. When using the toggle shortcode is there a setting for the toggled content to start closed? It only seems to be open as default which is weird…. not impressed at all King Orman.

When I move my mouse pointer over the menu in navigation bar,it shows sub menu but when I move from menu to sub menu it (sub menu) just disappear in fraction of second and not giving me a second to click on sub menu. but in your demo site its work fine.. so can you tell me what to do to resolve this issue. tutseasy.com

Hey Orman, great theme! I got this via the bundle, I realize through reading the comments that there is no support given with bundle purchases, but I’ve read through all of the comments and aggressively googled the issue and came up with nothing, I will purchase the theme if needed, but I was hoping you may be able to lend a hand, seems like a common problem.

On the single portfolio pages under “Work Involved” I get the following warning: “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ../wp-content/themes/redux/single-portfolio.php on line 37”

Hello, I’m using your theme “redux” that was included in the package “bundle pro” promoted a few weeks ago. I understand that the support is limited, but I have very basic problems that I find it unfair not to access your support site. For example, I can not run “lightbox” I do not know if I need any script or plugin, but the documentation does not specify it. Also, I can not find how to activate the breadcrumb as shown by your demo page. Honestly looks like something has missed from your files, please help!

Hey, purchases of the bundle are as-is purchases and are not eligible for support from authors – this is stated on the sales page as you can see here at the bottom – http://s.zilla.cc/ENKJ

In short, there is no physical way we can validate your purchase as you have effectively bought from the Envato account and not our account. We just cannot physically verify your purchase.

If you did want/need support/updates for the theme you would need to make a direct purchase here http://themeforest.net/item/redux-business-portfolio-wordpress-theme/162553

As for the lightbox, looks like there is an oversight in the code there. If you open functions.php and find:

wp_enqueue_script('tz_custom');

And add after:

wp_enqueue_script('prettyPhoto');

You should be all set.

In regard to breadcrumbs, you will need to install and activate the “yoast breadcrumbs” plugin.

Hi there.

I am experiencing a problem with the nav menus on this theme when using Chrome. On every browser except Chrome everything works great, but when using Chrome the popup sub-menus rarely stay open so that you can scroll down and click them. So if you hover over the parent page the child pages appear without a problem. But as soon as you attempt to scroll down to click on a child page the pop up goes away.

Please let me know how to rectify this. If it can’t be fixed then I will have to use another theme because Chrome is way too popular of a browser to have this kind of a problem.

I purchased your theme through a ThemeForest bundle which means you won’t allow me to get support through Premium Pixels. I’m not asking how to use your theme or how to make it work with some obscure plugin. I have pointed out a problem with the code. This is potentially affecting every single person that is using this theme, regardless of whether they purchased it through a bundle or directly.

Further, I did PAY for this theme. The fact that I bought it through a bundle shouldn’t matter. If you refuse to offer support than I will turn my complaints towards ThemeForest for including a theme in a bundle that I can’t get support for.

To be honest…I’m mad. I don’t care whom I bought the theme from…the fact that the developer is refusing to support it is a bunch of crap. In my opinion, it demonstrates a very low level of professionalism.

In regard to allowing you access to the forums, there is no physical way we can validate your purchase as you have effectively bought from the Envato account and not our account. Let me just reiterate that a second so there’s no confusion – Envato do not give authors the tools to be able to verify bundle purchases, we can only verify purchases of our own individual files.

I did take a look at your site and your video, and the drops seem to work just fine for me in Chrome. I would hazard a guess that there is an issue for you when you are logged into WP and the Admin Bar is present at the top of your page. To your visitors however, the site will function as expected as they do not have access to the Admin Bar.

I’ll definitely take a look into that a little further.

I noticed just one problem with the drop down menu when Javascript is disabled. It will disappear too early.

Hi, with some CSS changes I’m sure this could be make a little better. I’m not too sure that a huge amount of users view the web with JS disabled and if they do, they may well be used to things not quite working as you would expect. In any case, I’m sure there is some kind of solution available.

thanks for your Feedback. I generally prefer things to degrade as nice as possible. Even more if it is such an important part of your page like the main navigation.

Anyway, I already fixed it and want to provide my solution to all other users:

1. File: style.css Find Line 540: top: 36px; Change to: top: 26px;

This will reduce the gap and fix the problem.

2. Add custom Javascript to your page: jQuery(’#primary-nav ul li ul’).css({‘top’:’36px’});

This will recreate the original look for all users who have Javascript enabled.

Cool theme, but I’m having difficulty with the contact form. It’s not sending the designated email address. I’ve changed the email address a couple times just to make sure it’s not the address, but it’s still a no go. Any thoughts?

Hi, I would suggest you take a look at the Contact Form 7 plugin (free) to see if this can send email. If it can’t, it may be a server issue. If it can, you may want to stick with it, it’s a neat little plugin.
