Hello Again! Another one having the problem of two slashes on Blog page. I get if from the Boundle, I know that we don’t get “support”, and sorry for any inconvenience Orman, but I just want the theme to work out of the box, an seems It isn’t. Documentation provided not says nothing particular about blog configuration, and It shoud work in a clean instalation with just theme and requeriments specified. I’ve also installed dummy content you send me (Thanks for that!
), and blog page has heading and tagline, as well as blog is set on theme/ post options.
I don’t know what else i need to do to make it run, I just get it solved if I unset Blog as “Post page”, but then of course page shows empty without any post.

Hmm, sounds like you are doing everything correct but perhaps there is something else at play (I cannot replicate any such bug/issue on our development installations)
In any case, you can set the blog heading and tagline manually if you dip into the code.
In /includes/header-title.php find:

Dear Sir,
Terrific theme. Certainly, one of the best I’ve come across. I am having trouble with the sidebars. I include the Testimonial widget into the page sidebar and it seems to appear in the sidebar of all the pages! I want the testimonials to come only on one page and the other pages should have different elements in the sidebar. Is that not possible?
Also, The PSD which came along with the purchase seems to have a nice horizontal space just below the header for “Breadcrumbs” and some text on the right! No idea how to get these working!

Any way to define the order of the slides? I tried Slide 1, Slide 2, etc. but it does not seem to matter.

Hey, demo content in the post. The slides are ordered by date created. The quickest way to manipulate the order would be to change the date using the “quick edit” button – http://s.zilla.cc/FCmu

Check out the documentation for how to setup the homepage. Once setup, you can populate the homepage with widgets, including the blog widget.

I’m having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get info onto the home page..? I found how to change the slider with the “Slides” section. But I can’t figure out how to change or populate anything else on the home page. I know I don’t get official support as I bought it through a theme, but it has to be something simple I’m overlooking (being a WP theme newbie).. Thanks!!
Hi, if you take a look at the documentation which came with the theme you will see a section of how to setup your homepage. When setup, you populate the homepage with widgets.

Thanks Orman. The documentation says the following: “Your homepage is now created and can be viewed by visiting your root URL . In this case, the homepage is made up of a collection of widgets and you will need to configure their display.”
What it doesn’t say is how to do that. Your comment though helped and I’m posting the below to help other newbie’s who might be stuck as well.
I didn’t realize you just drag and drop the widgets (found under Appearance -> Widgets area) into the different “Homepage” areas on the right, depending on where you want that widget to appear. If you want plan text/html, use the “Text” widget..
