My client purchased this theme and after installing theme I cannot get the widgets to respond at all … they cannot be dragged and dropped, it is like they are frozen. The same thing occurs while trying to upload photos for the slider.
Any thoughts or fixes before I have client request a refund!

I want to purchase this theme, is there a way to upload a custom background on the top part of the theme? as well as the footer?
sure you can copy your custom background to a specific sub folder and apply it to a specific area from our admin panel.

if you mean in the slideshow component, yes videos from YouTube and Vimeo are fully supported.
Hello, this is an interesting theme, but I would still need a couple changes. Are you available for that and what would be your hourly rate? You can email me at bjorninou at gmail dot com
we could be available for any kind theme modification work, but of course it depends on the type of work required. Our hourly rate is 80$/hr.
If you’re interested, just contact us through our themeforest profile page form http://themeforest.net/user/THBThemes telling us what you need, and we’ll get back to you.
Needing this theme to be woocommerce compatible. I tried a few things from this link: http://wcdocs.woothemes.com/codex/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ but it hasn’t worked yet. Do you have any advice?
we haven’t tested Resolution again Woocommerce specifically, so we can’t guarantee it’s going to work with such plugin.
We will take a look at it though. Please open a new topic on our Support Forums ( http://support.thehappybit.com ) and we’ll let you know
I’m interested at purchasing your template. I want ask a question about it. Can I have only one picture at the Home Page? Is there a way to unable the switching option?
sure you can have only one image if you want, and the slideshow controls will not be generated.
Are you guys going to make this template responsive?
we’re in the process of relaunching our themes business (http://themes.thehappybit.com). We’ve got a lot of things coming up which include revisiting previously released themes, bringing Resolution as well to the next level, including adding a responsive version.
First great theme. Only one question, is it fully compatible with the latest 3.5 version of Wordpress?
yes Resolution is WordPress 3.5 compatible.
Hi, is it possible to add a “read more” button to the homepage columns to posts or pages?
I only see the title and text of the page and only the title is an link to the page.
Is it also possible to change the width of the Contact template?
the posts lists feature comes as it is in the theme.
Each template or shortcode can be customized, also overwriting them from the child-theme.

I installed the theme, but I’m having quite a few problems. First of all, how do I make the slideshow smaller? I’ve readjusted the size of the photos themselves and that did not work. Thanks!!
when you create a new slideshow from the “Slideshow” section you can specify the slideshow height, than remember to set the “variable height” option to “no”.

I tried to start a new topic and the site is not working. It is saying the page is not available. When I created the new slideshow, I specified the slideshow height as 0 and set the variable height to “no.” It did not change the size. Is there anything else I can do to change the size. I’d love for the slides to be around the same size as what is presented on the demo (which is 1/2 the reason I purchased this theme). I’ve already tried readjusting the sizes of the slides themselves. My site is www.sleepingwithsonal.com in case that helps with the solution to this problem. Thanks!!
if you set the “variable height” to “0” you need to specify a slideshow height, that couldn’t be “0”.
Anyway, from what we’ve seen on your website, the first two slides have images smaller than 948px of width, so this wil cause an height variation on your slideshow because the slideshow use a WordPress image size.
You can still scale up a little bit with an image editing software, WordPress image size system only crop images, it’s not able to scale up them.
We suggest to choose images wider than 948px and define a fixed height.
A friend of mine is using this theme on his website.
I’m also interested in buying it but the only issue he mentions is that after the date of the event, the event is saved as a Draft and disappears from the front-end site.
Since I’m interested in showing past events on my site for SEO purposes, is there any way to keep the Past Events somewhere?
Any tweak possible?
we haven’t implemented an events system for the theme, so your friend is likely using a plugin, so you should probably refer to the plugin documentation and support!
I bought premium wordpress resolution theme of yours
The latest version of your theme is responsive and I just noticed that on IPAD Portrait mode (768 width), the menu in header is not responsive, my menu has 6 links so it is getting larger and goes to the next line which looks very awkward
Is there any way to make menu responsive in IPAD portrait mode?
Very much thanks in advance
we’ve replied to your email.
