Hi – not sure what you mean by swipe gesture on photos – the front page slider is swipe enabled – there wouldn’t be anywhere else to swipe as we display all pics inline – not sure either on what size you think the images are too small but you can always alter the media queries to alter the sizing you wish for your own personal tastes.

As for galaxy nexus unfortunately we have no means to test on that particular device only iPad which looks perfect. Again you can quite easily fix any small issues that are particular to your device based on the media query and we can guide you on that if you decide to purchase – many thanks

Not at all – simply use one of the many provided html templates and where we have content replace with your own and add in the code for the donate button (or provide a link to your donate checkout at paypal) provided by PayPal.

Hi – no desktops do not provide the correct appearance because they are not mobile devices – it’s not the same as viewing on a mobile device and everything is double checked and looks fine – also this is adaptive not responsive

Any free qr code or barcode reader – or just look at it on your computer and remove frame then copy the url but that’s the long way for sure Or browse theme forest and come here and click live preview

We use flex slider for the slider, so if you want you could go to the the site and look for help on the video in slider. We tend to not put video’s in the slider unless you have the “slide” bit manual as the slider will never know when the video is done.

As for the video on the portfolio images on the demo page – I’m presuming you mean the main portfolio page (where all the portfolio items and the filter is listed)? You would have to change the code in the html as right now they point to the inner portfolio page. But sure, you could add a video there, you may just have to change some code and CSS .

Sorry but the logo isn’t included as an editable file as it’s what we use ourselves to market this particular line of products – however recreating something similar in photoshop is quite an easy exercise – create a rounded tall rectangle – rasterize and chop the top off and place an R over the top.

I’m not sure what your referring to – other than if your viewing this preview image with the frame at the top (which you can remove by clicking the arrow) and try again.

Files were fully tested in IE9 and IE8 and just checked it again and everything is fine here.

Unfortunately it sounds like a win xp / ie8 issue rather than an ie8 issue as we can only test on IE8 running on windows 7 – as windows xp is no longer available it’s impossible for us to duplicate the error – I can only suggest doing a search for your error on windows website or google to see if other users have any known issues running windows xp and ie 8 on certain sites etc – it could well be that you need to make sure you are running the latest build of both your operating system and IE8 .

Sorry I can’t really be of much more assistance in this matter but can confirm that the site fully works on IE8 without issue.

EDIT – I just did a search and it sounds like your java package for Win XP may need updating.

I appreciate the Java info and checked for the latest build. Really love the template, but with Windows XP still in such high usage – 30% as of 2/2012 per http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_os.asp I can’t use this template for a client site. (I realize that not all 30% use the IE browser.) I downloaded another adaptive template that works fine in IE / Win XP. I think it’s fair to everyone if you mention the need for Win 7 as the minimum for compatibility. Hope this helps, Mary

Thanks for the info – as I mentioned no other users have had this issue so I’m not sure what else I can do – I do appreciate your understanding and feel terrible you wasted your money – wish there was something I could do to help.

If we get the opportunity to grab a win xp pc with ie8 we’ll attempt to get to the bottom of your issue – if we can replicate it.

Hi – thanks for reporting that – just to confirm however there is no way a missing image can crash your firefox browser (or any other), also a missing image is not a network error – seems you may have another issue – the image is used only if you use the directional arrows on the slider which we don’t utilize in the design (we use the bottom indication nav style of the slider settings) and therefore it doesn’t appear as an error in firefox or any other browser – only if called by the script for the slider, but as I said we don’t call that function, but we will fix the missing image call from the css – thanks again.

Greetings – thanks for clarifying – again, thanks for reporting a single missing image from a function we don’t use from the slider – if any buyer wishes to simply remove the background call in the css for the slider then simply contact me – we will fix on the next release for sure.
