Hi,

When you install a new language, you need to input data for new language in Boss modules (Extensions > Modules) and your products and categories.

This theme might be perfect for a site I’m building, but I have 2 questions before purchasing.

1) Can the pop-up cart be toggled on/off easily (so I can test conversions going straight to shopping cart page)?

2) Is there an option or easy way to display upsell or related products on the shopping cart page (i.e., you might also be interested in…)

I STILL need the backend fixed. I have found a lot of errors, and the customer support WAS great. Cuong helped fix anything and everything immediately. But now, someone else seems to be in charge of it, and there help is less than to be desired.

I cannot enter an order from the backend/admin area without MAJOR PROBLEMS! Missing lines of code, etc.

I have literally sent 10 emails of the same email because I started to get a little ticked off that they wouldn’t fix such an integral part. A theme shouldn’t completely disable featues that come with opencart.

I will obviously change this review and write a great review should they fix the problem. Until then, I am NOT satisfied.

Hey. I bought this theme, installed it as directed, also imported all the same content, however the slideshow is not appearing correctly. it’s loading very choppy and not doing effects like it is on the demo. I checked the settings and all is set up correctly. Any ideas what the problem might be?

I emailed support but have not heard back and I have deadline approaching fast so we really need this theme to work. As of now the issue is that in modules/boss megamenu the buttons are not functional to add new menus or add to a menu. You can click on them all day long and nothing happens. Any idea why this might be?

I got a confirmation that you received my ticket yesterday? but regardless.. Just resent to the email. I think your support system may have some issues according to your comments area and the number of emails that don’t make it to you. The buttons to add a menu or add options to the megamenu are not clickable. Nothing happens when clicked. Please let us know how this can be corrected asap.

I’ve just installed this beautiful theme a couple of days ago. It’s really great.

I found one problem though, and I wish somebody could help me. When you are adding products to cart and UI is in a different language than English, the confirmation box still displays text in English, not in the selected language. The same issue happens when products are added for comparison.

My guess is the template is overriding ‘text_success’ language variable.

Any other guesses?

This is a very nice theme and works great and was easy to install. However, I am having one issue I can not seem to fix. Every page loads quick except for the homepage. The homepage is perhaps the most important page and it is slow to load.

I have done some troubleshooting and have come to the conclusion that the Boss-Slideshow is the culprit. It takes too long to load, thus slowing my page down.

Can you please look into and get it to speed up for me? Otherwise, perhaps tell me how to replace your slideshow with the default one. I just need my page to load and operate fast.

You make great themes, I bought Shopping Mall for $100.00 for another site. The only problem is it is too slow. Please help.
