Hello,

when adding an image to the Your Logo section, it works. But when you would like to add a new image (other dimensions) it’s still the same old image that is shown. How can I get lost of that image?

Yes, you can go to admin panel > Themes > Template Editor > select theme.liquid file, you can edit the copyrights near line 260.

Or you can contact to support@designshopify.com, we will remove it for you.

hi…when I add a table with text and images in it doesn’t display properly on smartphone…it’s somehow shifted t out of the main container. How should I make it fit /align properly on smartphone? Also how can I remove the copyrights in the footer and replace it with my clients? I opened a ticked with that question…..

I found 3 more important thing

1- the navigation menu how can i create a submenu inside the submenu. So a menu that comes out of the dropdown menu. 2- The frontpage is a collection but its not showing on the main collection page how come. 3- the tags show in th ecollections page can i change what show there in the top right almost section of the page. in your demo its showing green, organic, small & large on the sale page

Hi. Congratulations for the theme. I am from Brazil, and here we need our customers’ ID and “CPF” in order to send them their purchases. Is there any way to add this blank field in the ‘account’ or ‘sign up’ page? And how this information would reach me, in my shopify admin area? Because I haven’t seen any field in admin customers or orders area that could display this kind of information (maybe in the notes, in customers area?)

This is a critical point to solve before buying this theme. Thank you very much.

Ok, but if I just change the customer’s “Company” field to “ID” or “CPF”, I will receive this info in my admin area, in the place of my customers company, I suppose? (I really don’t need the company of my clients). If I am right, I just need to know if is it possible to translate this…. Thank you.

Checkout page is owned by Shopify, we can’t edit any thing in this page. But you can use the Note field in shoping cart page, your customer can add ID or CPF information in here http://take.ms/2KLIn. We can edit text “Add a note for the seller” for you.

Hi, I have sent an email to the support team, but I thought I’d post this question here as well.

I would like to make the desktop and tablet versions fixed, meaning no resizing based on media screen resolution. Because my client does not like the small mobile drop-down menu when displayed on a small screen.

I have added custom filter by menus in product grid list, so when resolution resizes itself, the filters are placed in awkward positions.

I would love to know if we can disable the fluid width function.

Hi, why it always show sentences below : Liquid error: No route matches {:action=>”pipe”, :asset=>nil, :controller=>”admin/theme_settings”, :format=>nil, :theme_id=>6007785} missing required keys: [:asset]

Everytime i edit something from theme setting and want to preview in new window. These sentences will pop up and some error occurred which will make the whole website layout turn into a mess…please help! I just want to preview normally when I change something and I can see the outcome directly there…

Hye, i’m very new to Shopify, usually i use Magento & Prestashop. Before i purchase, i would like to now, is it possible for me to customize your theme a little bit, i need the product thumbnail to be square, bring up the special offer to the top, remove a welcome section and some other style changes. Is it possible to have child menus s in the category drop down? If so can you have multiple child menus in a category? Example: Product category 1 / Product Type / Product Color.
