Hello there, We have two open tickets and you guys are not responding #4450922101, #1344447651 What kind of mess is this? If you cant support then stop selling. We see multiple issues with the template, another issue I see , that in on tablet search box comes over the logo?

Please respond to our queries sent to your support forum or else process our refund since this template is not worth banging you head for little issues.

You can add link for “SHOP NOW” button on the banner, fill the link in theme setting – option “slide link”. If not you can send your issues and website admin account to support@designshopify.com, we will help you.

Hi tvlgiao – I have the same issue as asrag ”... another issue I see , that in on tablet search box comes over the logo?”. The top header does not work correctly responsively. The column containing the search field & cart button is position absolute. On my iPad Air (portrait) the logo is under the search bar. This means we can only us a small width logo as the responsive image CSS on the logo is useless with an absolute positioned elements to the right of it. If I find a solution will post it here.

Quick fix solution: follow logo dimensions on the demo site (http://themeforest.net/item/responsive-shopify-theme-fashion/full_screen_preview/7415873) which uses a logo 236px wide by 76px high. Theme settings logo upload says “recommended logo dimensions 412px x 81px” but my tests show layout will break if logo is over 280px wide because search box will position absolute over the top of logo on tablets (portrait screen widths). Conclusion: until header responsive bug sorted use a logo with width between 240px – 280px.

Hello… I have a few pre-sale questions.

1) Is that large header image at the top of the shop pages flexiable? Can I remove it and/or have it differ.

2) Is there a way to easily put a set of independent banners at the top of the right column?

3) Is the blog an optional feature?

We also use the smooth scrolling for this theme. If you want to slower, please go to admin panel > Themes > Theme Editor > Assets folder > application.js.liquid file, go to line 331, increase the value of “ssc_animtime” parameter (default is 500).

Please go to amdin panel > Theme Editor > Assets > cs.script.js.liquid file. At line 307, you need create a new line and add more option such as time: 7000, see more camera slider option at here http://www.pixedelic.com/plugins/camera/#opts_anchor.

Please try to upload a 2x logo image (432×140 px). And add a css line: .top-logo img { max-height: 70px; } into “cs.global.css” file.

How do I Add some content to your Contact Us page?. I created the page and wrote some content in the content field , I save it as page.contac Then I went to customize theme. Heading Show contact map Map type Zoom level Map address Scroll wheel Map height (px) Fill this info, but when I go the page on the browser and I choose contact us, it does not show any content only the fields from the costumize theme. OK, this theme is GREAT...but the support IS NOT!

Maybe it’s the time difference, but trying to get a response to more than one question at a time is like a dog trying to catch its own tail!

They respond to one question, login to the admin area to provide the requested support, but when one thing is fixed…something else DOES NOT work!

Makes me wonder why Shopify provided a platform for small business owners to build an e-commerce site that requires you to get assistance for customization?!

I even asked for a contact number, or for a call back, but…still waiting. I even stay up all night just to try and catch someone!

At this rate, it can take WEEKS just to get my questions answered!

In the Collection area of the theme settings, there is no option for how many products can be shown. Can you please enable that for me when you have a chance?

I also asked if it was possible to create a new page WITH the sidebar navigation (like on the product pages)?

Hi,

Created two tickets for few issues with your theme but instead of helping me, I was asked to find a author and get help and also that author may not help.

I facing the following issues

1. Uploaded customized slide images are not being displayed in correct size. your theme seems to be resizing the uploaded images regardless of the size given

2. Uploading customized logo is being displayed in smaller size…regardless of uploaded size.

3. Slides heading (1st) after displaying the first slide is not being displayed Bold and in right font size. First slide display correctly but not after that.

Could someone help me resolving these issues

Hi,

Would it be possible to view the ‘My Account’ page when the user has already purchased an item? A screenshot would be fine.

On the My Account page it displays an alert message saying “You haven’t placed any orders yet”. Therefore we’d like to see the page once an order has been placed.
