I noticed each single post has an image above the article. is the image position on the single post by default? And if yes can that be modified? I do use NextGen ImageBrowser in some of my post and i place them in exact position. Here is an example: http://arodrive.com/2012/06/02/20-hottest-women-of-tennis-a-list-2012-edition/ and Does this theme use featured image? and is it possible to see the admin section of the theme?

The position of the image in the single post is at the top by default, but you can certainly edit the code to place it wherever you’d like on the page. This theme does use featured image though, which is how the image automatically shows up in the top position. Once you designate a 610×400 featured image, that takes care of every spot the article will be featured, including the front page sliders and sidebar.

The theme currently does not support color and background changes within the Theme Options, but you can edit them very easily within the CSS file.

I’d have to log in to your site admin to be sure, but you may have the checkbox enabled on the custom menus page that allows new pages or categories to automatically. If that’s not the case, email me at mvpthemes@gmail.com and I’ll see what I can do.

Please refer to the documentation and make sure you are naming your menus correctly. The primary menu must be named “Primary Menu”, the secondary menu must be called “Secondary Menu”, and so on. Let me know if this works for you.

This theme does have pagination for posts or categories that have more than one page, but it does not show for posts that only have one page.

Any idea why the homepage slider might display some text above the image?
http://thehockeywriters.com/mapleleafscentral/ps – had trouble with home page display, was due to having Static Page listed under the Wordpress Settings. Changed to recent posts and things improved.

Can you consider for a future update for slider to be based of category?
Also when using the slider with tags is there any way to have them appear in order from earliest date to last. Because they seem to display in a random order

There are no plans to change the slider at the moment since most people seem to prefer it to be based on tags, but feel free to edit the theme to your personal specifications.
As for the date issue, the stories should be ranked according to the date. Are you sure they are showing up randomly, and if so, email me at mvpthemes@gmail.com amd I’ll see what the problem is.
How do I get the page menu to show? I set the menu settings for my page menu to be my secondary menu and set the settings for it to be up top and in the pages menu in the footer but they both still show the category menu as both menus.

Hi there,
Have most of our little issues sorted out. One thing remains, image alignment. When we select ‘Left’ while inserting an image we expect the image to Float and have text wrapped around it. What we see is the following (no text wrap around images).

Hi, just another quick question if you don’t mind. I see that the image slider is not compatible with IE8 -
is there an easy fix for this?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee compatibility with IE8 at the moment. This is something I will try to include in future themes though.
If you can make this IE8 compatible – I would buy it tonight.
I would be willing to pay more for the IE 8 compatibility – and I’m sure you would have more sales if it were IE 8 compatible. It doesn’t make sense to have something that does not go back at lest one browser version for each major browser.
What do you think?
