the answer is NO. You CAN ’T use parts of my theme or any other theme in your themes. You must learn how to design and code your own themes. Otherwise, it will be like the last time.

I like very much your themes. My husband purchase Spicylicious and i want is possible to purchase StylishStore theme. StylishStore is wonderful theme and I think is well to make this theme available for purchase. What happend with Spicylicious Theme, why is no more available on themeforest.net? By the way regard to Spicylicious theme on algozone.com is present Gifts Theme almost identical with Spicylicious Theme. This theme have same structure with small design differences. Unfortunately I am not allowed to include other author’s plugins in my work. Spicylicious was removed by a mistake and it is now available again. However, StylishStore wouldn’t be available for sale anymore, because I am planning to offer it for free when my new web site is ready.
As for the algozone, no it is not legal and I’ll take the measures needed. Thank you!.
is there any issue with multiple stores within one database, i have an issue when i add a second store under one db as per opencart insturctions can you let me know asap

actually i can get everything to work except the slider on the top it seems its just binds to the main store. any thoughts?
Yes actually. The custom sliders doesn’t have the multistore option. Probably you can try using the default Slideshow module.
the problem is, all of the modules for which you add images/banners it automatically assigns to the main site, i cant use the same header image/banner on the second site. can you please fill me on on what to do,

the theme supports only 1 column layout for now. May be I’ll try to make it more flexible but that would be when I update all my themes, because I was off work for too long and many people are waiting for me to update the themes to the latest OpenCart version..

opencart 1.5.2 and 1.5.3 can’t support IE7 in product page, I hate colorbox, so i thank 1.5.1.3 is best.

I can’t tell what’s wrong without a working example. However, this theme was never optimized for IE7 as you can see in the theme description page! Also don’t forget even Microsoft stopped supporting IE7 !

My husband ask the money back because the licence is not legally for use Gifts Store theme, am I right? If you need the files to Gifts Store I send you to compare with Spicylicious files. I send you to if you need the payment document for Gifts Store for your legally measures against algozone.

We apologize for confusion. This template is designed, developed and copyrighted by AlgoZone. The issues at question was with use of only some javascript that is similar to the template you refer. We are still investigating to confirm the problem.
We did not sell you the theme that you refer to. It is absolutely different design and template. As we compared it. I do not deny similarity in Javastript that we still investigate.
Root of the problem: We design ALL of our templates with our ON staff designers and can guaranty the uniqueness of our designes. As for development of designs we higher third party developers time to time. About 20% of our templates developed by third party developers or freelancers. It is possible that developer for this template borrowed some Javascript. We are researching and will replace the code that is borrowed. We will provide you with the replacements if any.
One more time this is 100% unique design that was done by our designer and partly developed by third party developer.

@vasilaras, the answer to that question would be no. We will have to wait for Koev to update theme to latest version. Only problem is that we have not heard from Koev again after he came back about a month ago
