Dear templatesquare, thank you for the theme, it’s very useful and professional.

Unfortunately there is an issue with the price visualization: I would show both the original price and the actual price after the discount but the theme shows only the original price and not the discounted price.

How can I fix this issue? In which file I could change the price visualization policy?

I’m using the version 3.7.8 of WP E -commerce plugin.

What size does the image url have to be to work?

Does anybody know why my Add to cart button directly takes me to the product page? It has been really frustrating trying to figure it out, any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I bought this a few days ago and have been having some major problems, I couldn’t align the products properly and even the product images don’t even work that well. It is supposed to simple to use, but I have to get a designer to help me now.

I’ve emailed them for support but no answer.

Hi I’ve 2 problems

1st: when i set the slider up, it shows nothing in front page, I’ve to move the slider to left or right once to show the items on it, why is that?

2nd: the products page can’t load, it shows loading icon in the browser and after 4-5 seconds, fails, so i see something like “Page can not be found”. i thought it’s because of permalink structure so i changed it like the demo, but didn’t work too, what should i do for that?

The cart area in the top right doesn’t update then you add an item.

I’m really interested in this theme, and have just one question, would I be able to use it without displaying the price of the products and just sending the order through email?

It would be more of a catalog than an actual e-commerce website. My client’s prices are not as good as his competitors, so he would like to have only a few details of each product available, and once the order comes through email, he would contact his client and liaise with him.

I was installing your theme and got this message:

‘The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.Theme install failed.’

Any idea what happened and how it can be fixed ?

I’m not sure what happened to the products page. Can you look at my site and tell me why the grid disappeared? It was perfect for months but now it shows the default product page layout. I’m not sure why, it’s driving me nuts. Please help.

Btw it was a 3 column grid unlike the 4 column grid shown in the homepage.
