why when changing themes, emerging eroor like this: Notice: Error: Could not load template / home / solidtec / public_html / shop / catalog / view / theme / default / template / module / rgen_theme.tpl! in / home/solidtec/public_html/shop/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 124 …. and that was after I install the theme r-gene, gene-r themes for no problem .. but when i want to replace the other theme .. this theme can not appear.

No coding required to set background image Go to => Extension > Modules > R.Gen Theme Than click on “THEME COLOR” tab than find “Body background image” in “General theme colors” section

Upload your image and enable “R.Gen custom theme” than save

Hi, I just realised that my website now is having a problem on the drop down menu. Upon browsing into any product pages, when we mouse over to the drop down menu, it will be hidden behind the product photos. How to make it appear on top of the photos?

Yes, this is minor CSS issue that will fix in future updates of theme. For now you can add below CSS at the end of file to fix this issue

Hello, I want to congratulate you on this subject, it is perfect, congratulations! I have several problems can you help me solve please. (I managed only one so far, but now I need help). 1) In the home page, I want to use the right column only, all modules that I insert only appear next to the banners below the slideshow. The problem is that side modules latest, featured (in the right column) ... there is a white and no module is added. (I made you a picture so that you can understand. See image in screen.rar : Homepage-right-column.jpg) 2) Also in the home page, I want to know is where I can change the color of pagination slideshow (see image : Slideshow-buttons.jpg) 3) I would like to know how to increase the resolution of Zoom. 4) Is it possible to animate the automatic modules (latest, featured …) (auto-play) and if so what do I need to change? 5) In the image of the product, when I insert two images, the third frame, the one who took the empty color “custom css” (red), I would like to change the color, where to change this color? (see image : product-image.jpg) 6) How to change the css tags in the datasheet? and how do they work because when you click on it, it always shows “There is no product that matches the search criteria.” (see image : tags.jpg) 7) And finally, I would like to know if it was possible to add a link (ex: Show All) to all products of a module (latest, featured, special) to display all the products module on a page, as the category page for example and how to do it. (see image : latest-view-all-product.jpg)

Hello,

My shop currency is in AUD but the prices shown (i think) are in USD.I have changed my default currency to AUD under system-> Localisation -> currency but still does not work.

Also, on my product page, whenever I click the parent category (ie Computers) it has a section at the top for me to enter a description text. I want to remove this section.

how do I go about solving these 2 problems?

Hello,

I have an issue on option selection in products pages.

When i add multiple options example option 1 (10 dropdown selection)..until option 10 (10 dropdown) selection.

It seems until certain length, the option did not appear when view and also when we checked again the product pages it doenst add in. Eventhough I already add.

Example I add 10 option with 10 dropdown selection each. I can also see until option 9 with 4 dropdown selection. The rest is missing.

And one more thing when i put too many option, my discount option also missing even though i update many times. When i deleted less one option then i can add the discount value

1) You can mange slide order from “System > Settings > Banners” there no other default option in opencart

2) You can refer file => catalog\view\theme\rgen-opencart\stylesheet\light-theme.css to take css changes

1) I think you meant “System > DESIGN > Banners”. For some reason it always put one slide first no matter which position or name I put it in the table

2) What’s the best way to apply the adjusted css to just one category? In other words I want the whole site to be in dark theme but when you go to this special category the whole page appears in light theme?

1) Banner always display in sequence which you upload in banner set so you need to set your uploading sequence

2) There is no default option to do that in specific category page but if you are talking about special offers product page than you can edit in below file

\catalog\view\theme\rgen-opencart\template\product\special.tpl
