I need support, what i have to do?
Make sure that your setup works properly:
- Installed the latest version of the theme,
- Installed the latest version of WordPress,
- The problem remains with all plugins disabled – often the plugins (especially free) are causing errors that disrupt the themes. Just deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If that works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
