Great theme, very impressed so far.
Having a problem with the wide menu settings on 2nd/3rd level menus. Currently set top level & second level menu options to wide with wide with icons for third level, and drop down menu is showing what appears to be a column left of where it should be. Icons aren’t rendering on 3rd level menu.

One more item – I can’t seem to find where the 30 px space under the header is shut off. Showing on every page, I’m guessing it’s a setting somewhere I’m overlooking but I can’t seem to find it.
Ok, figured out the 30 px space issue under the header – it does this when logged into Wordpress and top bar is showing.

I’m helping a client with this theme and have the following questions. I’d greatly appreciate your answers to:
1- Is it possible to have 6 sub-menu items in the wide menu, similar to what you have under Portfolio on theme demo, but 6 main/top level items, instead of 4.
2- Can the three line icon used for the side area be replaced with an image?
3- Is there any way to stop the logo from shrinking when the user scrolls down the page?
If any of these is possible, it would be great if you could kindly let me know how.

2. It’s font awesome icon, so if you plan to use image instead, you need to replace its html code and to fine-tune css
3. Yes, set Header Height in Qode > Header and Footer both fields to same value

Hi, great theme but a big issue with the animation.
If you go to the following link and look at the homepage, the animation just won’t work on the icons. I have set animation for the first and second icons and tried putting them in sub rows but won’ work.

I have a site that I created (twice) and I’m concerned about your lack of help with your support system.
This theme is really nice, but as you know (from my support tickets), there have been issues, and because of the lack of response, I’m concerned about future help if I have issues with the theme.
One issue was that without me doing anything, columns decided not to work anymore, and the other issue is your bullet points. The bullet points don’t work in the basic editor, and your plug in lines them up and do not allow for indents. This is basic stuff and shouldn’t be an issue.
Please reply to your support tickets. I LOVE this theme and want to use it, and feel confident that you’ll be there should anything happen.

Main problem is increased number of support requests related to many different topics, not just problems with the theme and we are building our resources to be able to handle all of that.

148355 – the custom code I was given was for one instance, and I need it to be SITE WIDE.
The other ticket for the layout changing for unknown reasons is not relevant anymore. Because I NEVER heard back from you, I figured I’d re-do the whole thing, which I did and so far it’s ok.
Am I to understand that you are using this site as your support system?
I get that you are busy, and I respect that you say you are hiring more people, but please do us all a favor and at least reply to tickets on YOUR support ticket system.
You obviously are a talented team of people, and I really like your work, but please do a better job supporting your customers.

1 – I tried to install a Contact Page, so i start by enable Google Map in Qode section, and i param it, then i creat a new ordinary page, and select Contact Page for her template. The contact form appear on that page, and the banner for google map also appear, but it’s white, there is no google map! do you know what appens?

I am sorry for slow response. We are hiring more people to join support team as number of tickets was increased a lot with more themes we released. It’s also very frustrating for me, as I understand how much support is important, but only way to fix this is to have more people working on support. It might take some time to find right people, but we are working hard on solving this.

Every time I try and import the XML file it fails. I’ve tried on multiple servers, ensured my PHP.INI file is configured to allow for larger files, even changed my htaccess file to allow for larger processing of files.
It’s probably due execution timeout limit. Try to import it without attachments.
