Thanks for purchasing Rocket Mail, for sure you are doing something wrong because it should be editable in Mailchimp and not just as a “large photo”, are sure you have followed the steps written in the documentation under the “Using the template in Mailchimp” section? if you followed the steps and still you can’t get it to work correctly just send me gifkynet {@} gmail.com the compressed file which you uploaded to Mailchimp so I can investigate that issue.

I have checked that website and they don’t mention whether they allow HTML importing or not. If they allow it you will be able to use any of my email templates since they are all pure HTML. So it is best to contact them if you can import HTML template with their service or not.

Thanks for the reply, I went ahead and ordered up the package and gave it a try. Everything went pretty smooth, and it looks like I will be able to utilize your templates. Only issue I see on the test emails is that the .png images in the document are appearing black on the emails.

Thanks for purchasing Rocket Mail, that issue happening with png images only or with the rest of layout jpg images? and which email program you are using to view the email?

If none of the layout default images appear in the email then you need to host them online (for example on your website) then you need to update the location of the images with the new location where you host them, if the that’s not the issue forward the email to gifkynet {@} gmail.com so I can check it out.

Thanks for purchasing Rocket Mail, I don’t know exactly what is the issue you are facing, just make sure the compressed file and the files inside it which you upload to Mailchimp don’t have any spaces in their names.

It is not advised to expand the width of the template that much since many of the email clients (for example Gmail, AOL Mail, Yahoo) will show a horizontal scrollbar.

Rocket Mail is not responsive. It gets scaled to the device dimension, so if you expand width it will become smaller on devices.
