My site preference manager is broken. I have had this problem before and tried to get help with it. If I don’t want to see post meta in blog view, unchecking “post meta” options does nothing. In addition, when someone clicks the image in portfolio view mode, it opens the image in a light box instead of linking to the post. I have tried unchecking “open image in lightbox” and it does nothing.

I currently have the category set to portfolio so you can see that clicking the image does nothing. I will have the category mode to blog view and that’s where I will see all the meta, even with the meta unchecked in site preferences.

I’ve bought multiple licenses from you guys and I don’t have any issues on my other websites. Please help.

I will do that within the next 5 minutes. Sorry, I mean that when someone clicks the photo, I need it to link to the page and NOT open it up in a lightbox. Regardless of that issue, whatever I change in the site preferences do not work. In addition to showing post meta when it is NOT clicked in site preferences. Thank you for looking into it.

I have read through every post you put on there about how to setup a blog. Many people ask how to do it and you say see the documentation. The documentation does not tell you how to set it up.

It just shows screen shoots how to add things to the post title / meta. You should have made a YouTube video showing how to do it because it is very counter intuitive. I am very disappointed with this theme. I wish I could get my money back.

Hi there!

I am really sorry to hear that you are having a hard time setting up the blog. I would love to help you, but I don’t know the point where you are now. If you could send us your wp-login using the private tool located below in my signature I could then peak into your installation. Just paste the generated private ticket ID back here so I can connect the two.

But as a general tip, you should just assign all blog posts into one category, call it for example “Blog”. Then add a Category Link to your menu (select your newly created “Blog” category). Then you can set options in the Site Preferences panel under the “Blog” category or around there.

Hope this helps, if not please provide us with that login and/or more information.

Thanks and cheers! :)
