Hi,

sorry, I wasn’t available the past days.

To remove the text only, open bebelCp2/bundles/rokkoSlider/class/rokkoSlider.class.php and remove lines 69 – 72:

The menu, when I add a pagE it goes to the menu bar, I wanted to know if it would be possible to insert the search bar in the menu bar, because I have a lot of space left on the right of the menu bar.

this would require some custom coding. You’d have to reduce the size for the menu and add the search bar, as well as upgrade some css styling.

OK Thank you, How can you deactivate the Side Bar on the home page.I currently have the home page with the slider activated, although the White sidebar, is on top of the slider a bit, its a kool feature although i want it deactivated.

Without custom coding you can not disable the sidebar on the home page. Although you can edit the css to lower the sidebar a bit.

Thanks for telling me about it. To fix it until my update is through, you’ll have to select some categories in the Content Slider Widget:

Is there a way of changing the hov over colour of the custom menu widget. I wanted to make it red.

Yes, you can change the color of the custom menu widget. You’ll have to update the css. Look in global.css for .widget_sidebar_page .widget_nav_menu li a, in around line 2024. You can change all the colors you want in the css files :) Cheers<br />Bebel

Hi,

I encounter a ‘big’ problem.

When I create a post, I can’t see or find it on my site. I got the 404 error page…

Do you have an idea where this could come from ?

PS: I used to be a web dev so I’m not doing an “too obvious mistake” like the link is wrong or something.

Ok I figured it out thanks to the previous comments.

For some reasons it doesn’t work if there is postname in the permalink. Everything works fine (so far) with the default permalink.

Ok now I have a problem and I can’t figure it out =)

For some reason, the post slider isn’t working (I can’t see my image in the slider inside a post).

Same pb in the Rokko content slider widget—> Can’t see any image.

I put a valid url inside the slider config in the post itself. The image is a jmg, 800×600

Any idea ?

Im following the gallery video exactly, But the template seems to be creating albums for every picture, event though i specify which album to be a part of.. Any Clue whats happening.

Another thing I want my header picture for each page to be 300px in height, where would i go to edit, that information. Because when i load a picture that 300px, it cuts it off.

You’ll have to update the css files – and enlarge the shadow over the picture – and finally you’d have to make the image size larger, as we cut it so it fits in the header’s space.

Take a look at css/global.css, header-standard.php, and bundles/bebelBaseBundle/bebelBaseBundleConfig.class.php on line 149.

I am sorry I can’t give you detailed help, as this would exceed our standard support. But we can customize the template to your needs.

Ok I figured it out. For info is someone else encounters the problem :

In my case, I have to use the wordpress upload system (for the image) to use them properly in the theme. For some reason it doesnt work if you upload manually your pics with your ftp client and then enter the url in the text box.

With the wordpress upload module… Piece of cake =)

The last thing I wanna do is : Changing the footer size. I’d like to increase the width of the footer part. I can’t find it in the css files.

Could you help me on this one ?

Hi,

for changing the footer width, you’ll have to change the footer.php. The theme is built with the 960.gs css framework, so if you’d like to change the width, you’d have to rewrite some css classes. Currently, it is held by the container_24 css class – which is only 960px wide. You’d have to change this one to a custom one and add also custom .grid_24 and the other classes as subclasses to your new one.

Here Are some screen captures, of the problem. I created seperate albums, as instructed in the videos.

When i assign the picture to the album, it doesn’t seem to work because i get all the pictures on the front page, instead of getting the albums.

Which Line in the css codes is it to lower the sidebar a bit

In templates/global/main_left.php, you’ll find this code:

<div class="grid_8 prefix_1 omega widget_sidebar_mainpage" style="margin-top: &lt;?php echo rokkoUtils::getMainpageSidebarTopMargin() ?&gt;;" />

We dynamically calculate the height, depending on if we are showing the mainpage slider or not. Just remove <?php echo rokkoUtils::getMainpageSidebarTopMargin() ?> and insert your value in there. The same goes for main_right.php (depending which sidebar you use).

For the other pages, its the css class .widget_sidebar_page – you’ll find it in the global.css on line 607.
