Hello,
I’m using quickstart package v2.2.0 (RokSmart_Quickstart_Package_2.2.0.zip) to get test features and replicate them to official website, where I installed ONLY the template package v2.2.0 (RokSmart_Template_Only_Package_2.2.0.zip).

In Overview tab in Template Manager of quickstart package, at “RokSmart Information” I see: “Version 2.2.0”, BUT at official web site with the them package only, I see “Version 1.0.0”. WHY I do get these different version information?

Am I using the latest version of RokSmart Template in my official website? Thanks for your help!

Hi there Iconsys.

I’m experiencing some strange hover-effect when I’m hovering out of the navigation menu. When my cursor hovers the menu-item, there’s no problem. When I drag my cursor out of the menu-item however, a lot of squares appear on the menu. Like a green chessboard.

Do you know how I can fix this? It’s a shame because the rest of the design is very neat :)

Sorry for disturbing but problem is our goverment stupidy… As you know f…... Turkish Govermnet Autoriy Banned Twitter for Turkey day before yesterday . So our poor twitter feed was trying to reach server and ofcourse it takes 1.5 minuter to give up and finally site was openning we close the feed and problem solved. it will help your chinise and Turkish clients :-(( Thanks

I have the same issue as vvvalid. The slider keeps sliding even when video is playing.

I know that there should be more video options for the Unite Revolution Slider but they are missing. The option for “Next Slide On End” is not there. Please resolve this, your response to vvvalid was not at all helpful.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/juanduque/domains/teka.com/public_html/templates/roksmart_template/features/totop.php on line 1

I just re-install the plg_system_helix and put magic_quotes = Off but the problem continue.

Hi,

I have a problem regarding the Revolution Slider. I want to have it on my homepage without any space on the left and right side. However, no matter what I do, I can’t get it like that. It’s either outlined to the far right (with white space on the left side), or just boxed with white space on both sides. I’m guessing I should add or edit a code somewhere with the template manager. Could you please provide me with a code that can fix this?
