I need help getting the one page setup to function properly. The general appearance looks right, the issue I have is when you click on one of the “pages” it does not jump to that section. How do I get those linked?
I have followed the instructions in your documentation:
Go to -> wp-admin -> Pages, create a page with ‘One Page Template’(which will act as one page) and save it.
After that, Go to -> wp-admin -> Settings -> Reading, there choose One Page(page which is created with one page template) from ‘Front page’ drop down of ‘A static page’ option
After creating all necessary pages, Go to -> wp-admin -> Appearance -> Menus section.
What I don’t understand how to do is the last part of your instructions:
“The one page can be worked by the following conditions,
Drag and drop the published page links, and the pages will not have “external” class by default.”
Where am I supposed to drag the published page link from and where should I be dropping it to?
Your help would be appreciated.
I have a page made as one page template called “Home”. on the page “Home” I have included the featured image for the header and added content for the header (above the menu). Then, I’ve created additional pages for the site. I’ve set the “Home” page as the front page in the Settings – Reading menu. In Appearance – Menus I’ve added each of the pages I created, except the “Home” one page template. When I do this, it duplicates my header content into the body (under the menu) as well.
It seems the only way I can get the jump to links to work is if I have the page I created in the menu and the custom link with #music as the link in the menu. It works then. But I shouldn’t have two menu items with the same name. If I delete the page from the menu and leave only the custom link #music, it no longer works and the content is no longer on the one page.
So, I thought, maybe the whole website needs to be designed in the “Home” one page template, but when I do this, again, it creates duplicate content in the header (above the menu) and again below the menu. What am I doing wrong?
Please respond ASAP as I’m under a time crunch.

I want the one page design, not external pages, i just don’t know how to make the page links in the menu take you to that section of the page. Please help.

Anyway, Kindly follow the below steps to set the one page layout.

Also, when the second product is added by using the little shopping cart icon, the button on the top that says “view cart” doesn’t show up. Please get back with me asap on these issues as traffic is being directed to the site as we speak.

How can I make the website so the shopping cart icon is always on the screen, with a number showing the number of items in the cart next to it?
Also, I’d like to make the “Proceed To Checkout a bigger button or bigger and easier for customers to see/click (see attached screenshot). How do I go about doing that?
By the way, I tried installing the “WP Menu Cart” plugin, but this did not display the cart in the navigation menu.
1) We tried your site in mobile and the scrolling option worked for us. Just try to keep the finger in that section and try to push to the left, so that the scrolling will work.
2) Also the product name was shown when we tried to add it to the cart. Please check it once again.
3) Kindly, update the theme to latest version 1.4 to fix the “Proceed To Checkout” link issue.
4) Sorry we have not tested our theme with an third plugins like WP Menu Cart, other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page. So we can’t guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme. Please contact the plugin developer.

Are there any global settings for blog pages? I want to remove meta info on my posts and I would like to set it globally so I do not have to do so each time I post a blog.
Sorry, Global option is not available for this option. You have to edit individual blog template pages.
I’m trying to set up a shop page, but it seems that the woocommerce shop template isn’t there. I believe it shoud be in the -> wp-admin -> Pages. I’m not sure how to display products any other way?
Have you installed woocommerce plugin? If not please install the plugin and then you will have the option to add the products. Please have a look.
Yes, the woocermmerce plugin is installed. The problem isn’t that i can’t add products, but that i can’t display them on the website, as the woocemmerce template isn’t given as a option to choose.

Yes, I’m using “Photo Gallery” plugin for this. I have contacted them as well. Is there a way to get this same effect of the photos enlarging when clicked without using this plugin?

Kindly follow the steps given below to update our theme with the latest version.
1) Download the theme’s latest version from Themeforest downloads page.
2) If you’ve made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it first. To be in safer side, take backup of the database completely.
3) Overwrite the older theme files with latest theme files. Update the custom changes (from backup) into the new files.
4) Now goto “wp-content / plugins” folder through the FTP software.
5) Remove the folder ‘designthemes-core-features’ from wp-content / plugins folder. Make sure you have taken backup of custom changes if any.
Then get into “Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins”, to install and activate the ‘DesignThemes Core Features Plugin’.
Hereby you can update to the latest version of our Humanity theme simply.
Note: If you have already updated our theme, just follow the steps 4,5,6 to update our ‘DesignThemes Core Features Plugin’.
