I’m sorry, but this is not possible. Woo Commerce not allows to upload a different header for the categories :(

Is not possible to have a different sidebar. The reason is because the categories are not pages (in pages you can’t find the categories pages), are pages created by woo commerce, and is not possible to edit them. In our new theme we created a new framework with a powerful layout manager and is possible to customize header, sidebar and so on also of this woo commerce pages.

Hi Sara, I have few questions: 1. In a live site, when user create a new account / or forgot the password after registration, both users and site owner do not receive any email. It says that the email has been sent to your account but it never comes.(Both spam and inbox) 2. Newsletter is not functional as well. If someone subscribe neither user nor site owner receive any emails. can you please write me. This is the only reason stopping me to make my site live. Many thanks

Hi! When trying to add a product to the WooCommerce products page (shop), the item shows up with its featured image (thumbnail), but when you open the actual product, no images are shown whatsoever. Even when trying to add gallery pictures in the product’s gallery, nothing’s showing up. Am I doing something wrong, or is it some bug in the theme?

Hi there!

when I activated this theme it was fine, but as soon as I added the sample data, the admin area is REALLY slow… like painfully slow.

Do you know what may have caused this? As soon as I deactivate the theme (after waiting minutes to access the theme page) it is quick again.

If you not have a powerful hosting, the sample data can make your theme slow. I suggest you to try a new installation and 1) increase your hosting performance 2) or create yourself the pages without to import the demo files.

Im using your theme for several months, working great to me, thanks.

however after moving my site from a hosting to a VPS, I found all icons and images under room09/images/ folder cannot display, the files are still there, just cant display.

I tried to change the folder’s name “images” to “image”, everything goes back, but I have to change the path of those icons in every file, it’s not a good method.

can you tell me how to fix this?

Hello, We have submitted tickets and gotten no response. We have a major error happening and also need responsive to work with slider or background imagery. They do not currently scale down.

The major issue is with the plugins, they all disappeared and then so did TinyMCE, I can’t use any of the plugins and they are in directory but not showing up in the plugins section on dashboard. Site is completely broke right now, please refer me to some technical support.
