Are the background pictures – which are on the main site – included in the downloaded template? If not, how can I get them, or make them?

Hi.

The images are not included in the template, and you can use them only if you get approval from their authors.

At the end of our product page, you can see some credits for the photos.

Yes. This version has WooCommerce included. We didn’t manage to setup the demo but it’s all there.

great theme until I tasted on safari air Ipad 2 …. OMG a disaster … :( you must test your theme on safari as standard … not chrome ….

So I’ve a question concerning the pictures showed as my portfolio. I cannot get them bigger & equally sized, and just three of them appear while I added more than three.

I’m not sure if this comment is going to be taken down or not, but be careful before you buy this theme. I just spent $60 on a theme that half way works. It’s easily one of the best looking photography themes out there but I’m not sure exactly why the glitches/bugs haven’t been fixed yet. I’m hoping it’s actually worth $60 as this is my first day with it and maybe I’ll be able to work past some of the hiccups.

Also, when I tried to get help by submitting a ticket, he has hidden the verification code so I can’t even submit the ticket which means he cannot help me with the theme he created and I spent $60 on.

Your issues seems to be strictly from learning how to use it right. It doesn’t feel right for us that you didn’t try to contact us by support first and you just came here and recommend other people not to purchase it.

However, I see that you opened a ticket on our support platform (also I don’t understand why you complain about you cannot submit a ticket since you just submited one) and I’m going to respond to it and help you solve your issues.

After that I hope you will be satisfied and happy as our other customers are.

currently when you click on the menu- it expands on the site however the text is too big for my liking. Can i either (A). shrink the font size on the menu or (B) just place a text menu on the top right hand side of site. Hope that helps

Hey again. You can do A with a little CSS snippet which I will be more than happy to give you.

B option is the hardest way because you will have to change code structure in theme’s templates – and this will be a little ugly if you don’t know to code…

For the portfolio template, is it possible to remove the white box and it’s contents on the left, to allow the images to run full frame? I’d prefer this than using blog posts because i prefer the portfolio thumbnails.

Hi! Portfolio items are not feeding properly on my home page (Portfolio Page) template. I made the most recent theme upgrade, and now only 4 of my 8 portfolio items are showing up, and no new items are feeding to Portfolio Page template.

Any ideas?

Hi there I purchased this theme for my client. But first I want to show it to the client on a temporary webspace. After installation it says I have to enter che purchase code to install the demo data.

Question: When I use my code will it expire after the first use?

Cause later I will have to use it on the definitive webspace of my client.
