I can’t see how you choose fonts for different sections? I can only see font colour. I want to change the font used in the menu and also for headings.

Since I am currently using another theme, should I delete it first before I install this so that the site looks clean , or it does not interfere with your theme if I just activate your theme and leave the other theme alone . Yet another GREAT LOOKING AIT THEME , Yet ANOTHER impossible to configure/missing files theme… I am sorry guys but I have bought many of your themes, every time spending HOURS on theme or posting questions on forums… IF I do get answered, I am getting vague answers that don’t even make sense as far as my question goes…maybe you all don’t speak English well ? Now this last theme is missing template files ? Where is the homepage template file you instruct to set as ” homepage ” it doesn’t even exist… Second, don’t tell us that you have ” demo ” when it’s not even complete? Give it all or don’t give any, it just keeps misleading people..especially when instructions aren’t even clear… I have been a member of themeforest since 2008 and have bought over 500 themes along the way so I am used to configure themes… Yours are by far the most incomplete and difficult to deal with…without mentioning poor support… Sorry but this was my last theme from you… What’s good looking if you guys can’t even figure out your own stuff… You are only burning bridges…

There are a lot of questions posted by myself and others on your support forum about the Revolution Slider. We cannot get it working and the instructions are extremely unclear. I would actually say the steps laid out in the documentation are incorrect.

I have set up numerous Slides in the Revolution Slider but when i try and select Revolution Slider from General Settings or Home page settings it says ‘No Sliders Found’.

I have sent Ivan admin details to see why via your support forum. Please could you spend some more time answering questions because there a lot of frustrated customers at the moment. The theme looks great but compared to others (and I buy hundreds) it’s very complicated to set up. It really should not be this difficult to set up a slider on a homepage.

First of all, AIT FAILS to mention that when importing demo content, you need to make sure TO NOT check sort by “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders ” so MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK before importing demo content!

I was able to extract the images from their demo site here is zip file ” http://cl.ly/2R1g2N3c1B0q” open the zip and load all the images to UPLOADS folder directly via FTP

Unacceptable how they miss such a crucial detail in the instructions!!!

Contact me if this isn’t clear..somebody has to give SOME HELP HERE no ? lol

Once you do have all images uploaded, download this file and import to slider1 ( make sure your fist slider you create is called ” Slider1 ” and slug ” slider1 ” then save…go back to Slider and click on Slider1….Go to the bottom and simply import this file as is ” http://f.cl.ly/items/1N1k2C2S1B3b010c1i07/revSlider.txt.html ” save as html! Then update slider and VOILA it works perfect! Proof here

After reading all the horror stories about how dysfunctional this theme is, I’m very weary to purchase. It sounds like mostly everyone is having trouble configuring it. Has anyone who’s already purchased this theme had a good experience or can at least vouch for the fact that this theme is complete and easy to setup? This question is mostly aimed at existing buyers not the developer. Thanks!

I have to say I’ve moaned a bit about this theme since i bought it. The documentation was slightly misleading in parts because it covers a variety of their themes and so was a little confusing. However, the community over on their forums is good and everyone who had the same problem helped each other out.

I think the AIT guys realised their documentation was a problem and have improved it immediately. They also responded to problems people were having with the revolution Slider by immediately releasing an update with the slider content that was required.

They logged in to my FTP and fixed an issue I had without delay. I think the theme is actually very cool. There were just a few issues straight after launch which have been fixed. They could perhaps increase the amount of support workers they have answering questions though!

Re. Your question about setup. The latest version is very easy to set up. You should have no problems at all.

how do i remove the thumbnail on revolution slider on revSlides list i added a thumbnail which i cannot remove thanks

I am having problems with the Sub page slider. I imported both slides for Revolution and got the home page slide working (revSlider) but the (subSlider) is not working on any of the other pages (and that header image is missing). Deactivated all my plugins and nothing… Am I missing something?

For anyone looking to purchase this theme. I was hesitant from the comments but the documentation clearly outlines how to set it up. It probably wasn’t like that before but most of the comments are issues that are fixed in the documentation now

The documentation and all the files make it a 30 minute install. To be fair, the revolution slider is very tricky and technical if you have not used it before. The imports make them work right away and then you can have fun editing them.

Thanks earlier purchasers for the feedback so that it wasn’t a headache for me to install like the demo. All the issues you have addressed are now in the documentation and files needed are available via download.

One situation I find myself in – When I assign the post page a page that has a working sidebar – it turns into full width and the sidebar disappears on that page – which is the main page to have it on.

Was there a fix for this? I didn’t see this issue in the forum?

Ahhh, okay great. I guess I overlooked that because it urns into full width when there is no widget in the section so I assumed it was a page template issue. Thanks!

Can I change the Database Prefix to a custom prefix like “wp_123456_” fpr security reasons??
