Hi there I am not sure if somebody else asked this earlier.. How can I get rid of the “brackets” images shown before and after a page title in the middle of the page just under the logo?

cmsmasters

Hm… I’m sorry, but I didn’t get it :)
What brackets do you mean? Can you, please, provide a screenshot?

All support is given through our Support Forums or you can submit a personal support ticket.
Please, create a support ticket, try to describe your issue in more details, preferably using screenshots. Don’t forget to provide your wp-admin and FTP credentials, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks!

I am talking about those ornaments that the page title is among them, for example blog. The title is under the main Logo.

By the way how can I attach screenshots?

Please, use Jing to make screenshots or screencasts.

Does the theme allow for multiple portfolios? EG: portfolio 1 – Non-Profit with categories: parishes, apostolates, etc. portfolio 2 – Small business with categories: e-commerce, store front, design services etc

cmsmasters

Hello. Thanks for being interested in Roundone WP theme.

Sure, you may add as many portfolio and categories, as you wish! :)

I have not viewed the tutorials yet, but when you hover over an item, it becomes orange. Is there a way to have that be any color you want? So if I click on one it turns blue, another red, and so on? Or is Orange the only color for links/transitions?

cmsmasters

Hi. Thank you for being interested in Roundone!

This color depends on your Theme Color Scheme and applies for the links, project hovers, Post Format icons and other minor elements. This option allows to set only one color for all the projects, you may choose it using Color Picker or paste the code to the Scheme color field. See the instruction here: http://roundone-docs.cmsmasters.net/set-the-color-scheme/

Got it. Thank you so much for the quick reply!

You’re welcome ;)

Hello to everyone who might be interested in this theme but needs more info about the way Portfolio works and about Ajax itself.
Here is the TF forum thread about Ajax portfolio for your consideration:

Great theme. I have looked through all the documentation but can’t seem to find a way to add my details to the social icons. I know how to activate them in the footer but how do I add the correct links to my twitter, facebook, etc. accounts?

Thanks in advance.

cmsmasters

Hi there. Thanks for using Roundone :)

I’ve made a video screencast for you. Here you go.

I’m sorry, but we can’t help you to configure your site now.

You have customized our theme code, and troubleshooting is impossible thus.
A deep customization and coding help is beyond our support policy. All responsibility for such modification and its consequences lie on you. Thanks for understanding.

Should you have some questions or problems with the default theme configuration – feel free to contact us. We will be happy to examine the issue.

Hi, how can i desactivate the sidebar of the left.. that appears in the portfolio that says Like it? Comment.. etc… there is a way for hide it? thanks! :)

cmsmasters

There’s no way to hide this block, as our Popular Projects widget won’t work, and the Project Types shortcode won’t show popular items.

However, if you don’t need Popular items function, you may contact our support team and ask them to help you with configuring your portfolio projects in a way you need.
Normally we don’t provide such assistance (it does not correspond our support policy to provide the coding support for the customization which is beyond the scope of our theme functionality), but as an exception we’ll help you out. :)

All you have to do is just create a personal support ticket, describe what you’re about to implement in more details, provide your wp-admin and FTP credentials, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks!

Is it possible to update this theme so that it supports the browser back button when on a portfolio page? Ajax is great for some interactions but can make it hard to navigate and use.

cmsmasters

Thanks for suggestion, we’ll take it into account, but at the moment we don’t plan any updates on theme.

Hello team!

I cannot find where to change the text to “Read More” that appear when you press on the proyecto in Home Page.

When you press first is a middle page before to see the complete proyect and in this page I cannot change the text of the button “Read More”.

I hope you can help me :)

Thank you very much!!

Shoreikano

Thank you very much! I did that before but it didnĀ“t work for me, please check this two screens:

cmsmasters

See what you mean.

Thank you very much for pointing this issue out for us! Right now we are preparing a theme update to eliminate this issue, it will be available for download really soon. Still, if you need this urgently, you can apply the needed changes yourself, there are only minor changes to one of the theme files.

To do this please proceed to template-functions.php file (wp-content/themes/roundone/framework/function/template-functions.php) and open it, then scroll to line 576-580.

And replace a line:

$cmsms_project_more = get_post_meta($cmsms_id, ‘project_more’, true);

with:

$cmsms_project_more = get_post_meta($cmsms_id, ‘cmsms_project_more’, true);

See the screenshot for what it will look like after that – open the screenshot. Save the file.

Thank you!

Shoreikano

Exellent!! that work for me :)

Thank you very much!!

Hi, I love this great theme!

Is it possible to move the project image automatically in the portfolio page?

dubniks
dubniks Purchased

I changed themes/roundone/framework/function/ajax-project.php

pauseTime : 0, -> pauseTime : 3000,

then Slider moves automatically :)

Thank you very much!!

cmsmasters

See what you mean. The previous instruction works, but it works on an open project, and on an Ajax preview for it. If you click the Read More button to open the post, you will see autoslide in action. If you want the autoslide be present on a project preview as well, you need to apply the same alteration to ajax-project.php file. Proceed to themes/roundone/framework/function/ajax-project.php. See the screenshot – open screenshot.

Thank you!

Hi,

somehow I am not able to change the text ‘Read More’ after you click on a project. Or I cannot find it to make it invisible.

I’ve tried the admin/field part, but it doesn’t change.

I also read your answer in the comment of Shoreikano (see below), but I don’t have a template-functions.php file, only a functions.php file. Second, there is no such line in the functions.php. Also in the rest of all the php files I didn’t find a line like stated in your answer. I only found this one:

cmsms_project_more_posts

I hope you can help me out.

Thanks!

To do this please proceed to template-functions.php file (wp-content/themes/roundone/framework/function/template-functions.php) and open it, then scroll to line 576-580.

And replace a line:

$cmsms_project_more = get_post_meta($cmsms_id, ‘project_more’, true);

with:

$cmsms_project_more = get_post_meta($cmsms_id, ‘cmsms_project_more’, true);

Thanks for contacting.

I fact, the instruction given above was for the ones who had a previous theme version, and this issue was fixed in theme version 1.1.1.

Please check if you now have the latest theme version, and download an updated archive if you do not.

Thanks!

Hey Guys,

Just bought this theme and tried uploading it, all I seem to get is errors?

Can anyone advise what it could be? I have been told it the theme folder which I have downloaded…

Please help!

cmsmasters

Thanks for contacting!

Please make sure you have unzipped the archive you have downloaded and that you are uploading the roundone.zip that is located inside the the initial archive. You may as well contact our support if you still need some help with theme installation – contact support.

Thank you!

Almost done tweaking the theme, but I can’t get the localization to work in any way possible. If I look at the functions.php I see a lot of custom code that I don’t want to touch, in fear of breaking things. Anyone else running into this issue? I have followed the (minimal) steps provided in the documentation that comes with the theme, but it’s just not working.

cmsmasters

Thanks for contacting!

In fact it is rather hard to say what can b the reason for this without seeing the issue from your end. Please submit us a support ticket with all the needed credentials, so that the support team could help you – submit a ticket.

Thank you!
