Hi Matt, Not need responsive feature, so when disabling responsive feature in rover menu the drop menu disappears, where to look to fix it? Thanks in advance

So I just installed this theme and updated the Revolution slider plugin but I am still getting this message in the dashboard: “The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Revolution Slider”.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the very fast response. I did finally setup the slider and there appears to be no issues. So for now I will ignore the message. I do have another question though now that I am further along in my configuration. I set responsiveness but the page looks terrible on the iPad. What am I doing wrong? Oh, and should I have opened a new discussion item?
I may have figured it out. I am testing my site on localhost so from my iPad I have it an ip address. No other referenced pages appeared to load. I will wait until I have propagated my changes to the web.

On the shopping cart page I would like to add a photo for the feature item (thumbnail photo) and a different photo for the display after you click on the item and it tells you a description. When I create a new product, I add a featured photo, then I click on Upload images to be used for this product (images should be at least 650px wide). I select a photo in my media and click on insert into post. The photo does not show up for some reason. I got this feature to work two days ago, but now it isn’t working. Can you help please?

The images must be uploaded to the current post, please check your current post, does it have images?
The images are currently working. It’s weird because originally it worked by clicking add images and I would select from the media library, but then it didn’t work. Now I have to add images and add them from my computer every time. Is there a way to add images to multiple products? I see I can change prices, etc. Just hoping to save some time. I have 30 of the same products but three different sizes of each product. Do I have to create a new product for each size or is there an option to have multiple prices per product? Thanks for your help.
As I told you above, the images must be uploaded to the current post, not from the media library.

4). On the home page of the same aldentecolorado.com site I have a post on the homepage where it says “What’s New in the Kitchen”. You had the shortcode=[blog_slide title=”Recent News” posts_per_page=”8”] I changed it to [blog_slide title=”What’s New in the Kitchen” posts_per_page=”4”]. That post is not linking to the Blog page I have established. It’s linked to the error 404 page? Any idea why that might be? Thanks in advance.

4). I went to dashboard>settings>permalink>I clicked save and same thing happens. It should take me to the blog page I have established correct? I have the permalinks set to / pagename / should it be set to something else for this to work? I have the category and tag options blank… is that how it should be?
Try to set it as: Default or Post name. This is your Permalink issue, not the theme’s issue.
Thanks I’ll give it a try. One last question, does this site allow for navigation dropdowns? It gives me the option to have a parent navigation, so when I tried to select a page to be located under a parent page, and then I hover over that parent page, it does not provide a dropdown. I looked everywhere for a setting option that might be set to not allow dropdowns, but I can’t find it. Same thing applies to the shopping cart page for the categories there. I need a dropdown to show subcategories. thanks.
Actually I enabled the responsive and I got the top navigation to work, but the categories dropdown isn’t working on the shop page.
You should use the custom menu, go to Dashboard=>Appearance=>Menus.

I’m referring to the shopping page. The product categories are what is displayed at the top on that page only. So it’s not a menu with a dropdown. THis is the link to the page I’m referring to. I have subcategories I’ve used 250ml, 375ml and 750ml for each category I need for dropdowns. Why aren’t they dropping down. http://aldentecolorado.com/shop/

Is there a way to deactivate this theme’s ecommerce. It took me 2 hrs to add 15 products to my shop page. I need to add an ecommerce plugin that give a few more options. I tried uploading a plugin for ecommerce and they conflict because this site has a built in ecommerce solution. What do you suggest I do? I might have to purchase another template to use since I bought this for the ecommerce and it’s too basic for my needs. I like the look of this site, so I would like to use this still. If you don’t have a solution, can I get a refund? Thanks.
Hi, this theme does’t support any ecommerce plugin. It has the own basic shopping cart. If you want to refund, you should contact with themeforest. I just sale theme here, I don’t have the limits of authority to give you a refund.

Please remove your custom css of the menu in the theme options.
I do it, but my navigation is fix on the top, and the roll over still jump. No more announcement. I’m lost…
Have you changed any files of the theme? If you do it, please rewrite the files.

I have checked your site, the theme has missed some code, please do it as below:
1). Remove all the code you have added in the theme options.
2). Download the latest version from themeforest, then rewrite the all the files.
Matt, First off, loving the theme. Nice work! I must have screwed something up though because while I can use the Blog link at the top of the page to see my blog posts, the “Recent news” section at the bottom of my home page no longer lists any of them.
I still have: [blog_slide title=”Recent News” posts_per_page=”8”] at the bottom of my home page but no entries show up.
Any ideas?
