Where do I add the code for Google Analytics in the theme? I thought that was included in 1.2, but I can’t find it. Also, is there an option yet to change the favicon in the theme? Easy enough to just replace the file, but easier if it was in the theme

Hi,

Thank you for the theme. Nearly managed everything. I’ve sent you an email for the facebook fan page link on the “background gallery cj” in the slider admin. I found the twitter, the google + but no sign of the facebook…

I have however another question.

Is it possible in this page: http://royale.dzsthemes.net/sample-page-2/ to make the slideshow autoplay? Even if I select the option in “slider admin” it doesn’t do it on this page.

Please advice.

you can edit the file yourself, it’s in shortcodes/other.php and around line 804 you should see

autoPlay: false,

change it to

autoPlay: true,

How can I make the logo go to a different page? Like an outside URL ? Thanks.

Hey

Go to header.php and on line 469 you should see

<div id="logo">
                    <a href="<?php echo site_url(); ?>">
                    <img alt="Royale' Creative" src="<?php echo get_option_tree('logo'); ?>" />
                    </a>
                </div>

change the <?php echo site_url(); ?> to the url of your choosing

I’ll include the option in the Theme Options from the next update

Hello,

Before I purchase this theme, could you please clarify the following.

I would like to have a menu consisting of Gallery 1/Gallery 2/etc, each of them will have submenus. Each menu should have the layout and functionality like the Home page on the demo.

Is this possible? Or only the Home page can have the functionality as displayed?

It’s 100% possible. This theme is made to be flexible. you can create as many galeries as on the homepage. And any page can be the homepage ( there is no specific homepage functionality )

Cool theme but annoyed by the slider admin. You can only add slides to the first slider. If you want more slides on secondary sliders you have to use the duplicate button not the blue plus icon.

hey – first great theme ! i cant change the colour of the page title but change the color of the main menu works, and if i add a new “slider” in the slider admin, he didnt store the new one. if i return to the slider admin page, the new slide is not there ! any chmod settings ? plaese help ! thx

I have a couple of small issues:

1) My homepage slider galler (cj selected) does not automatically size the thumbs – am I supposed to do this manually somewhere?

2) Also the controls on the thumbnail section do not work. e.g. clicking a different thumb, or using the next / prev arrows does not respond like your demo does

3) Where do I configure the urls for the grey facebook, twitter and vimeo icons featured on the top right of the pages?

1) Yes, the thumbs should be resized manually. Will thing about autoresize in a later update.

2) Weird. Can you show me a link if you have the site online ?

3) Should be in the Sliders Admin in the gallery you are using controls

Also when viewing on iphone – I can not zoom or perform any of the typical iphone browsing functions which are displayed in your video?

Zooming on iDevices has been disabled so that the menu will retain it’s fixed position in the left. We thought it’s the best like this. But if you prefer the demo video version, we’ll include it as an option in the Theme Options from now on, and send me a PM via our profile and I’ll mail the update to you

Hey there, I’m assuming you overlooks some of my previous comments on creating the portfolio pages. I managed to figure some of the basics out on my own, but I’m still not getting it. All my portfolio items are separated into categories. When i put in the code:

[portfolio markup=”gallery_one_half” wpqueryargs=”posts_per_page=4” cats=”category name”]

I get a page with every portfolio item that disregards the category and the posts per page…. for example:

Check the FAQ – the value of the cats attribute should be the Category ID not the Category Name.

Hi Zoomit,

I really like your theme!

I’ve read that it is possible to use the layout and functionality like the Home page on the demo. So that’s great, because I like to have small thumbs in every gallery.

Right now they are horizontal at the bottom of the pictures.

Before purchasing I would like to know if it’s possible to replace the thumbs to the right side of the page and put them vertical.

Hi,

I’ve been very happy with your theme but struggle with one thing.

I’ve been adding pictures to the wall according to weddings. It seems that at some points the wall function crashes with no reason and don’t know how. The result is when I click on the wall in the back end I cannot see anymore all the sliders I created and their is just a loading wheel that never stop and I cannot do anything. Please advice

Also What about the Facebook like page that I asked you by mail and five posts above?? Where do you control those. Its not in the option of the background gallery cj. Please advice

Thanks for the patience.

Make sure you have version 1.4 – then the options for facebook like are in the Sliders Admin in the gallery that you are editing the options for.
