Hi, You can import dummy content via “Tools -> Import -> WordPress” but you’ll still need to create contents by manually for the home page slider and the boxes below. Please follow the instructions inside help document that comes with the package.

This package contains another things such as PSD files, Documentation etc. You need to unzip it into your computer and upload only the rttheme11 folder by zipping it. I am currently considering about buying this theme, could you tell me if i can firstly change the back ground image and if i can make it static when and if you need to scroll down the page? And Lastly can you change the dots which divide the top navigation bar?

Yes you can change the background via admin panel and make it static. The dots is a single css sprite image you can change it with your own image.

Seems you have changed the background by changing the theme default image. You should change the background via WordPress Admin -> Appearance -> Background
