I bought this theme some weeks ago and had some questions that I sent to the author. After a whole week I finaly received an unuseful answer. So it should be specified that, for this author, there is NO ASSISTANCE !

Hi everyone, great templte, easy to use. Just a problem: the single product image load partially, and other images page don’t load all’ images, just some, instead of all. Hello, if i put this theme live without changing anything the custom fonts dont work, do you know what the problem could be? It works when i open it on my pc, but when its on the server it doesnt work

Hi, Yes you can use multiple product categories and you can have a slider for each categoeries or pages. You can do it with pasting the shortcodes into the categories’ description fields. Thanks so much for interesting in my themes. Best Regards

I bought the template it is awesome! Is there any way to slow down the actual transition effect. For example make the fading slower between slides. It is very fast right now. thanks so much

Quick pre-buy question; does this theme support translation? It seems like you guys have thought about everything but this is not mentioned.
If you don’t know what I mean, WP has a feature that allows the admin to upload a single file that translates the UI for the viewer using a third party software to edit the language file.
If not, is this something that could be added within the next days or weeks? It’s a big deal for those of us that makes sites for non-English speakers.
Widget contents keep disappearing and slider won’t appear at all.
Have read through the other threads about these issues but nothing is working so far.
Running theme 1.0 with WP 3 .0 (no need to upgrade yet).
Can drag widgets into the relevant boxes, e.g. RT Theme Slider, then select and image – but as soon as I leave the Widgets page and return it’s disappeared. Same for all widgets.
And the slider won’t even appear. Which is weird because I build a demo site 2 months ago and it worked fine then. But doesn’t anymore.
Tried permissions on /uploads at 755 and 777, but no difference either way.
How can I fix this?

EDIT : the two left/right arrows show up, as does the space for the image to appear (approx 930×300) – but no image or anything. Just a blank space.

I have purchased the template but it doesn’t provide a sitemap function that includes the products (or other custom taxonomies).
No plugin I know of is able to include custom taxonomies on the sitemap. Having a sitemap on the website is a must for SEO purposes. This template lacks an important function and I believe you should include this in any future updates.
I have posted in the forum this as well but I cannot afford the price they ask me to pay for this.
Other than that it is a very nice template.

I posted a question there 3 days ago with some problems i have with this template. I never received an answer. Your templates are looking good but your support is awful . In the future i will think twice before purchase anything from you.
Luckily this templates i use for my own project so there is no time line, but if it was for a customer i had been in trouble.
Improve your support , it will help your business grow !
