Before I buy this theme I would like to know if the languages with the Po files etc.. will work good. There is a lot of discussion on your support.rtthemes.com page but I’m not allowed to see the answers. Most of the people say that it is not working very good.

As I can see you have a header with flags I want to know if this is build in or a plugin. In the demo it is not working.

I’ll hope to hear from you as I want to seriously use this theme for the corporate website of the company where I’m working.

I’m struggling to achieve a very simple thing, which I thought it was possible when purchasing this item. I want the Portfolio page to show thumnails which I prepare out from the original file, and I want a larger image to show in the Portfolio Details page.

So for example:

dog-preview.jpg is the one I see in my Portfolio items list – which is 434×180 dog-page.jpg – is the one I have inside Portfolio Details page – which is 660×446 dog-full-res.jpg is the one which comes after clicking the pic – whatever pixel

I simply cannot achieve this filling the “Madia for portfolio posts” and “Short description for portfolio posts”, cause I’ll always get the same image (cropped, instead of preview)

How can I get there?

i wan to buy this theme. its a wonderful theme and suits my needs. I want to add third row on the home page as i need to run a product crousel to showcase my products.

Just wanted update will i get a support if i want to add the the third row. i am new with programming but will able to do with a little support.

There is no column limitations of the home page. You can have three, two or single columns with unlimited posts. But there is no shortcode to show your produtcs on the home page you need to do link them manually. When you add contents the third row will automatically appear on your home page. Just select 1:1 layout option for your last post.

Hi there,

I purchased this theme around a month or two ago and have used it without a problem.

Lately, however my website has been suspended by my hosting company. They said that the website was compromised, and that I needed to fix the problem.

Luckily, I had a backup of my Wordpress site (Wordpress clone) and just reuploaded it to my web server.

It got suspended again the same day. Then they identified the problem to be with RTTHEME13 and more specifically, they said my timthumb.php file was the one causing the problem.

I was under the impression that because I got this theme around 2 months ago, any issues would have already been resolved regarding the timthumb.php file.

Are you able to lend a hand with what might be causing my hosting to suspend me because of this theme? They said I have one chance left and if my next restore will result in spam again due to the theme/files, then they may indefinitely lock the hosting account – not something I want.

Please help! :)

There is a new version of the image resizer script, timthumb.php. If you update the file with the latest version of it, you can fix the vulnerability. I will update the theme in this week for this issue. You can find the newer version of the script from this link http://timthumb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/timthumb.php

perhaps I’m naive, however in order to assess the quality of this company’s support – i.e. the answers to questions asked by users – you have to purchase the site. I find that truly odd and, although I had intended to purchase this, I cannot now do so.

Hi-I am having an issue with the home page slider acting strange as well. I saw a similar issue posted in support but the fix was not posted.

The effects load the images down the page or not completely.
