Hi there,
I have purchased several of your themes and they have been wonderful
I do however have a small problem that has appeared in my RT16 theme, the categories I have added to the main menu are not working and are now producing a 404 error?
Could you suggest what might be the problem, I have not made any changes to the site the categories links just stopped working?
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated

It sounds like a permalink problem, try to turn back the default option (settings -> permalinks) If you need any further assistance please feel free to start a new thread on your support forum.

this may be a dumb question – but you were really helpful before. I am currently running rt-16 but want to open an ecommerce shop. Are you planning on adding Woocommerce to 16? If not can I switch to RT-17 without losing all of the work I have done on my current site? thanks in advance.

Yes I am planning to add WooCommerce support for RT-Theme 16, as well. But i can’t say the exact time, yet! If you switch the RT-Theme 17 you don’t lose any data, but you’ll need to assign the product images again.

Hi, thanks for your quick answer. Now I was able to set the page like on demo. But two things turn me crazy : 1. Which widget I’ve to use to get the Product Categories displayed like on demo ? I tried so many things, but nothing works. 2, The sub—categories are not showing up in the menu. I controlled many times, they are assigned to the main category.

It is WordPress’ default formatting and not related with the theme. Try to write your html codes in html view and do not change the tabs before save the post.

Hi – Love the theme and its huge set of features. Not seeing anything about slider and static page header image areas in the demo info. Can you use a widgetized image and optin form header with the theme? Is it compatible with MailChimp and Aweber plugins for optin forms?

Really been enjoying this theme. I have installed the W3 Total Cache plugin trying to optimize the loading time and when I enable Minify settings for JS the slider and menu break. I been using this on 3 other sites and it hasn´t broken any JS. What are my options to still use the minify options but keep the sliders and menu js working? Many thanks! Yes, some of the jQuery plugins I used for the theme not works when cache plugins try to compress them. You can try other minifying methods that the plugin offers. Unfortunately i don’t have any proper solution for the problem, yet!
