You can create and use a template for your needs. Please follow the instructions in “Setup Assistant” of the theme options and the videos of the documentation that can be found in the /documentation/ folder as index.html

When I want to create my own product template, the option for “Select Product Categories” doesn’t work.

Please make sure that you have product categories and products which assigned with the categories. According my tests there is no problem with the product categories on template builder.

The custom posts does not allow that! You can only have /{products}/category/ the {products} can change by the Product Options of RT-Theme 16

I have an issue with the Twitter feed to the site at the moment. When my client adds a link to their tweets, it does not show up on the site. But when its just text, it shows on the site.
Any thoughts??

One of the Twitter API features does not serve tweets older than 7 days. So if you update your statutes you can see the tweets also in your web site. But if you are not active twitter user you can update /rttheme16/rt-framework/widgets/twitter.php with this file http://pastie.org/4253550 to get older tweets also.

Same Twitter issue overhere. It all use to work fine. I use the RT-widget in the footer. Nothing has changed in the theme admin settings or in the twitter account. But all of sudden the tweets don’t show up. Any idea how to solve this? My client is not happy and I can’t explain… Please provide a solution. Thank you very much.

New layout for RT-Theme 16? There wont be a new layout for this theme. But if you asking that, when RT-Theme 17 will coming, it is pretty soon

I have problems with tabs. I can’t use more than 9 tabs. When i use the title tab10=”Tab 10” i only see my 9 tabs. What ist the problem?
Put tab contents into the tab breckets. For the tab titles use the first bracket parameters like [tabs tab1=”Tab 1” tab2=”Tab 2” tab3=”Tab 3”] . There is no tab limit, you can add tabs till the fit your page.

It is pretty normal because you have too many tabs than the page width could accept. So, you can try to use smaller titles for the tabs or try to use your page with a full width layout.

Hi there, I am having a problem with using the full width of the product page, I have seletced the template to reflect fullwidth-no siderbar, yet I still have a problem? my content (i.e. table) is set to 100% width as you can see. Can you suggest a way I can get the page to display full width content please?

A question for the twitter widget. When I write my twitter name it doesn’t show nothing and also how can I show on product pages all the product categories as a widget. When I add the categories widget in the sidebar it shows the post categories not the product categories.

And please make sure you are using the @ sign for your twitter name.
