When I paste in my youtube link in the portfolio section, the screen just goes blank when I click publish.

I haven’t experinced any issue with the link at my end. Please make sure you’re pasting the link into the “External Video URL | YouTube or Vimeo”

Yes, you can disable it by “Turning ON” the option under the “Responsive Design” title inside “General Options”

I am not sure but it might be a permalink issue if you haven’t edited any part the theme. Please go to settings-> permalinks, select the default option and try again by starting from your home page. LOVE THIS THEME! The whole site has come together beautifully and without issue. I HIGHLY recommend it.
However, when I add a 3rd level sub menu item, the menu is skiddish – I can barely select an item before the button goes away, if I can select it at all. Your demo doesn’t have a 3rd layer in the menu like I am referring to – for example under Home > Slider Variations > Default Slider, if you then had sub menu items to the right of “Default Slider”........ that would be a scenario like I am referring to. Do you have any idea how to fix that? THANK YOU!!!

Actually, I found the answer in the support forum and it worked!
To fix the jumpiness of the main menu, I added a little snippet of code to the custom CSS code in the RT-Theme settings under “Styling Options”

I just wanted to say how much I love the theme, and the support team! it made it so easy to build a beautiful, clear and unique looking website. I know nothing about programing. I really like the theme and would like to buy it, but I have a few questions. I will use the theme of corporate website for photograph equipment and accessories, bags. This means a large base of products.
In this regard, if i have to upload them one by one it will takes a long time.
1. Is it possible somehow to upload the entire database at once for axample with XML file?
2. Is it possible more than one product categories (not only 3 as in the demo)?
3. Is it possible for more than one language (or should be done with the plugin).

Got one question though; I migrated from RTtheme11 to RTtheme17 but the pictures (of 450 products) won’t show up in the latest version and re-uploading them isn’t an option. Is there a solution to this problem?

You need to assign all the product images one by one again because RT-Theme 17 is using a new version of rt-framework.
I need to insert a widget in the Products Page (right sidebar) with Category of Products, how does it work?
You can create a custom menu that includes product categories and add the menu into a sidebar location by using the custom menu widget of WordPress.
I am not sure but i believe all custom questions should be asked and are answered on the rt-support.com forum.
