Hi there. The theme is jus amazing, but dropdown menu in not working for me either and I’m in a kind of a hurry to get this fixed. Anyone foun a solution?? I thin stmcan is on hollydays or something, and anthough I’m sure he will answer back my email I would need to fix this ASAP . Any idea what can be going on?
Ok. I think that the problem is that in instructions it says the dropdowns show categories whaen in fact thew show child-pages. So there is no way to show categories in the dopdown menu

Hi… I purchased the theme.. and really love it! Just having one problem now that I just saw it in different browsers… The “Follow us on Twitter” bubble is messed up on Firefox 3.6… It shows it all the way to the left… Is this something you can fix… It is not only the theme I got but your example is not working as well… Please let me know, Thanks

Yes, when you’ve refreshed the same page its working as well. Actually it’s weird but i’ll try to find a solution for this. Thank you very much..
Please, can someone tell me hoy to asign categories to the pages in the dropdown menus? I cant put pics in different pages to make be in different galleries. Al pages shoow all my pics

I have some issues with the theme as it follows :
1. I’ve installed an accordion menu on the gallery page and i want that each category and subcategory to display a different photo gallery page (PRODUSE page). http://www.dafermann.ro 2. It seems to be a problem with the custom fields entries in the post area of wp-admin. I doesn’t display the correct size of the thumbnail and it doesn’t load the full image when the site get’s dimmed, it is stuck on the loading animated .gif of the lightbox. 3. Tell me if your theme can be skinned with custom wp-admin panel. I want to provide an easy way to the client in order to modify the site. Thank you in advance.

Dear Vlad,
1) I’m not smilar with the plugin and as far as i can see you’ve modified theme layout’s content and sidebars.
2) you’re using only thumbnail field please try to use ” Image for gallery posts (thumbnail will be generated automatically) ” field for auto resizing
3) You can only translate the admin panel by editing files under rttheme_options folder.

Hi, I’m a new WP user, and this is my first purchased theme.
I installed RT theme successfully but challenged by logo upload. I have tried a dozen variations of jpg and gif, different sizes etc. nothing displays except text. are there specs for what can/can’t be used for the logo?

I’m having problems with the Photo Gallery.
When I look at the code that is being generated, it is putting the images into a (div class=”portfolio_box”) (li)(a class=”l_box”)(img).
But when I look at your live demo, it is doing this: (div class=”photo_gallery_con”)(a rel=”prettyPhoto[rt_theme_portfolio]”...)(img)

My images are not displaying on the page, but there is a very small vertical line, where the image should be. If you click on it, the lightbox opens up and displays the image.
Why aren’t my images being displayed on the page? I’ve followed the directions for adding images to the Photo Gallery.
Please assist! Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks stmcan, but I figured out the problem myself. For thus of you that have problems assigning categories to the pages in the dropdown menu, you must open the header.php file of the theme and between row 137 and 150 where you see 3 equal signs in a row, delete one of them so that just 2 remain.

You need to activate the rt-theme box widget plugins first. Please read A) Installation – Step 3) Upload and Activate the Plugins

Great theme. I’m using it for a client.
However, I was hoping to get some functionality on the Home Page sidebar.
I won’t ask you to create a widget page for the home page (although that would be great if you could!) like you have for all the other Page styles.
But it would be nice if you could give me the code to allow a “blank” home page sidebar that I could then hand code in plugins the old fashioned way.
As much as I love the theme, just having the blog box or testimonial box on the home page side bar is not enough flexibility for my client.

Let me show you to create a custom widget area for the theme so you can use for the home page right side.
First of all edit functions.php and put these lines just before breadcrub comment about line (115)
/* Widget Area For Home Page Rigth Side */ if ( function_exists('register_sidebar') ) register_sidebar(array( 'ID'=> 'Widget_Area_For_Home_Rightside', 'name' => 'Widget Area For Home Right Side', 'before_widget' => '<div>', 'after_widget' => '</div>', 'before_title' => '', 'after_title' => '', ));Than edit index.php and put the lines below after
<div id="home_right" /><?php if (function_exists('dynamic_sidebar') && dynamic_sidebar('Widget Area For Home Right Side')){} ?>You can create unlimited widget area using this method.

Another item regarding widgets:
I slide widgets into the “content footer for pages” and nothing shows up. Or am I only allowed to use the 3 widgets you provided in the footer??

Sorry my bad, that widget area shouldn’t be there! I will delete them with the next update, please just ignore them!
one more thing -
There seems to be a hard limit on the width of the main menu. Too wide and it starts to break into multiple lines.
Question – is there finite space before the menu bumps into the logo?
If so, is there a way to increase the height of the header (that won’t break anything) and move the logo up allowing the main menu to extend under the logo?

Yes, there is finite space for the menu area and i’m afraid there is no way to increase it but you can try to decrease the font size or paddinds.
