I’ve purchased your theme. It looks Great. I would just like to customise the header and footer colours to match my logo. What would be the best way to do this?

To change the header colors, you need to change the background images by using home_page_background.psd and sub_page_background.psd files. For footer, you need to change the background color on these lines http://pastie.org/1242130 of the style_cf.css
The only thing you need to know about the css files that there are 5 css files for the color styles. For example, if you’re using the style 1 you need to edit /css/1/style_cf.css to edit colors.

How does one get rid of Breadcrumbs?
Hi, You can replace the rt_breadcrumb function with this one http://pastie.org/1242140
Open functions.php find the function under comment /* RT-Breadcrumb Function */ (lines between: 165 to 338) and replace the function.
If you would like to remove the breadcrumb function specific part of the theme you can remove these lines from the files http://pastie.org/1242146 For example, to remove from pages remove the lines from the page.php

Hi Phil,
I’ve used six menu items for perfectly fit the theme, but of course you may need more. In this case you can edit the padding values of the navigation items’ css codes or decrease the font size. Please let me know when you need help about it. Thanks for your interest.
Ok, I purchased the template and can not find the menu option for the menu to reduce font and the padding. Can you please email me or tell me where I can see it at!

Hi Phil,
You ned to edit this lines http://pastie.org/1254371 in navigation.css. You can decrease the padding values to gain more space. There are different navigation.css files for each color and it can be found under the /css/ folder. For example if you’re using the style 1 you need to edit /css/1/navigation.css

Hi just an other question. Some clients are having troubles viewing the slider on the home page. Apparently there is a box with a red cross in it. Is it possible for those who don’t have the javascript to view a static image instead. What would be the best way to get around this? Thanks
Hi, If javascript is disabled, only the first image will be displayed. I’m sorry but there is no easy way to do that, it needs custom javascript coding. Thanks

I am having issues inserting pictures with captions. When I add a caption the picture can no longer be aligned either left or right of the text and requires it’s own line with the post text startingg belwo the image and the caption. When I remove the caption I can align the image again. I am running your latest version and wp 3.01. Can you please try this on your end and see if you get similar results?

Thanks so much for your support! I am getting everything almost completed. I have a few questions. Then I am done! Promise!
1. The 3 boxes you have below the slider on the home page? I can’t get that option to work. What option is that?
2. The product photos do not show up on my site correctly. They show some other image that is throwing everything off. If you click to enlarge it, then my image appears. I checked my folder setting for security and they are the same as you stated in your help file.

Hi Phil,
1) I don’t quite understand about the “option”. You need to use the RT-Theme box widgets to insert the home page contents. You can read “I) Content Boxes With Image” section of the help document.
2) You need to change the /cache/ folder’ permissions. Please see “A) Installation” section of the help document.

I’ve been successfully using this template for about 6 months now and it just started having an issue… when you load the Home page ALL the images for the slider show up for a couple seconds then it goes back to normal. Please help?

I’m sure there is several ways to do it, but i recommend hire a coder if you aren’t familiar with WP, CSS and jQuery.
Please disregard. I added “overflow:hidden;” to the slider_area div and that took care of it.

Hi I fixed the blue boxes around the images but now I keep getting this error FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. Error Details:

Do you know what could be causing this?
I don’t have any idea about the IIS and fastcgi, please ask help from your hosting support. Btw, apache servers are highly recommended for the worpdress and it’s themes.

purchased your theme! thank you.. so far works great for exactly what i need.
the one issue i need help with tho, i would like to place a background image on the footer and have the footer span across 100% with the background spanning the width.. how can i accomplish this.
in the main style sheet there is width of 960px , what id like to do it make the main footer table 100% and in that place another table for 960px and center that table.. im sure table is not what im looking for but maybe container ?
