I read all the comments here on your theme and every question asked is directed to your forum.

However when i look at the forum it takes a long time for questions to be answered within a reasonable shot time.

Now that there are problems with wordpress 3.1 and a lot of your theme, first posted about 8 hours ago on your support forum, there isn’t even a single reply from support on any question at all about this problem.

There isn’t even a single message stationg that you are aware of the problem and that you are working on it. Why does it take that long?

Website depend on your theme. They are now not working since wordpress update 3.1 came along.

I really love your designs but your replies on the support forum are way to slow and take to much time.

Hello StmCan.

I do not doubt on you working hard. Maybe i expressed myself wrong. What i ment is that when a question is posted on the support forum. It takes hours and hours to get a response. Even a little answer that the problem will be looked into or whatever would be nice. Now like yesterday we are just waiting for any reponse for more then 8 hours. This long and even more my website was not functioning due to a wp update.

Of course i cannot blame you for this wp update but there where beta releases of wp 3.1 and i wonder did you test them? If so why not put a message on the support forum to wait with updating until the themes are ready. Why do we customers have to sort this out ourselves that there is conflict between the theme an wp updates?

But this was not the issue, It took support hours and hours te get 1 message on the board that you are working on it. The rt-theme forum is very slow in questions and answers.. I always experienced support forums to be lightning fast. I guess i am somewhat spolied by other forums.

Again i do not doubt on you working hard. And as i said i luv your themes. I still do. No hard feelings i hope?

Hi,

The thing you forgot is, I’m living different time zone and 8 hours also 24 hours are short waiting times for a response. Because we’re just authors and not running a 7/24 call center. I’ve hired 2 support staffs and we, three guys trying to help people as fast as we can. And we don’t send simple answers, providing code snippets, logging their web sites etc. So, I still don’t agree with you about the slow answers. That’s why i’m so sorry to about this message.

Regarding WP 3 .1 upgrades, wp 3.1 loading latest version of jquery and decided to support it’s own function with another way. I’ve updated my all themes in 24 hours with really hard work.

Please post your questions to the support forum if we can do anything else for you.

I did not ment to offend you in any way. Of course there is a time zone diffence. But look at it from my point of view. My website was out of order. No sales. Widgets plus their content are gone. I had to rebuild a lot. Not a single message for hours confirming any problem.

Didn’t anybody test the pre releases of wp 3.1 to see what is coming and if things are going to work? I now know not to update on any release in the future before checking the forum for many days.

There are remarks on the forum today that there are still problems with the themes updates but no respond or whatever on the forum. Not even a confirmation that somebody will look into it. This is what i mean. Just a single comment of reply from support to get back later (today) on the problem mentioned.

Realise website are down and not working.

Hi, No we’re not testing beta versions. As i said before there are three support tech who living different time zones and if you could look rt-theme 13 you can’t find any unanswered question. I hope you understand this is not my fault and i’m doing my best. By the way theme just working fine with WP 3 .1 at the moment. Please open a support ticket at the forum if you need further help. i’m working on www.ruralyouth.ro/web and the RT-THEME SLIDER WIDGET is not working. No image is showing on the slider. I dragged RT-THEME SLIDER WIDGET on Slider Widget, added the image and save. Any advice? thanks in advance!

i am interested in this theme – i have some major questions before purchase:

1) does this work in IE6 /IE7

2) I have viewed the slider in IE6 and it seems JERKY – the transition is not smooth, can you verify

3) If i purchase this – will you help make it work properly with IE6 /IE7; since you state the it works with IE6 /IE7 on the product pages?

Hi Ernist,

1) Yes theme is works IE6 /7 properly.

2-3) There are another translation effects available for the slider on theme settins. The fade effect of the jQuery not works well with IE.

Hi, I just bought this theme and I am having some issues. The images are not being resized in the slider. They are showing up as thumbs. I have changed the permissions in the cache folder to777 but no change. The image still remains small. Although I am using a large enough image. thanks
