Is there any way to have more than one product page? I want to have multiple product pages….one for cabinets..one for sinks….one for granite and so on….but all the products seem to go on the same page….and I dont see an option for multiple product pages in the RT-Theme Settings. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks for the input. I sort of figured resizing would do it, but thought a programming look couldn’t hurt either, to see what is going on.
Also, still getting white lines occasionally even after new upload of theme, yesterday.
As for products, can’t you just use the drop down menu option in theme – under product settings -, which also creates a side bar on the product page when you add multiple products.
I have five categories of products, each represented separately by a drop down menu, and in the side bar of the product page.
Plus I have checked Don’t show products on main product page, and put in a quick welcome message and banner to store. So if you look in products on the theme settings, you can do all of that in there. Just make different categories and activate the drop down, and don’t show products on main product page. Instead, go put in text and images, on the actual page itself.
That is the only way I figured it out. I think for what you are needing, that will probably work.
STMCAN – let me know if you figure out the banner resizing issue with white space, as well as the white lines, in products. And I saw the earlier comment, and did an upload yesterday. Still there.

Hi netexpress, thanks for your advice…I was thinking about that but I want customers to quickly access the page through the navigation. I want it to be as simple as possible.
stmcan, is there any way to get to different product pages through the navigation?? And I am also still getting the white line through the images in the products and portfolio even after downloading the new theme.
Great theme, the setup went pretty easy, but still having some questions:
- In the demo there are 4 tabs (product info, pics, tech & related products) but I’m not able to setup product info…
- How do you setup the homepage?? I see your titles and text of the boxes on the homepage are different from the pages they link to. When I add RT Theme box to homepage I can’t choose title, thumb and text…

1) You need to place the product info into the main post content
2) There are three option for titles and links on RT-Theme box widgets. If you need to write manual title you may choose the manual linking option.

Hey Netexpress, I just noticed that when I add new posts to my products they automatically resfresh so that white line dissappears…the only problem is that it doesn’t work for the old posts just the new posts that were put up after downloading the new version of the theme. If you don’t have many products on your site, maybe you can try making new posts for them.
nevermind…the white line seems to be coming up in my new posts as well

You need to change page name of your contact us page! You can put your additiniol content into the page.

Hi, No rights and no image have been included with the theme. I’ve purchased a single usage licence from 123rf.com just for demostration purpose. So if you want to use the images you need to purchase your own licence (about 1$ each) Let me know if you need the link of the images!

Hello, the Cufon font that i’ve included doesn’t support cyrillic. Open the RT-Theme general options and check “Disable Cufon” option.

Hey stmcan, I have two quick question!
I am setting up my website, and under the portfolio section, after I click to go into a specific post from the portfolio section, on the sidebar, there is always either:
1. A List of Categories that I have set up for the “blog”.
or
2. If I do not specify I page for the “blog” in the RT-Theme control panel, it will list all my post categories.
I am curious of how I remove this from the portfolio posts? I do not need the sidebar to list all my categories.
My second question is about the latest news widget. I want to have all my posts for the “latest news” section posted on a page labeled “latest news” on the navigation menu. The issue occurs when I place the latest news widget on my main page.
When I click the “read more” link, instead of taking me to “About \ Latest News \ the post” where I have set up the page to have all the posts, it takes me by default to “Home \ Latest News\ the post”.
I just want it linked to the proper section!

You can’t just remove from portfolio posts but you can give “false” value to this parameter in sidebar.php to remove from all
//blog categories if($this_is_blog){ $show_blog_categories=true; }I understand what you mean but these pages are working different! The navigation using page system but the widget using archive directly. So there are options to fix it. Sorry about it.

There is no css control for excerpts. You can control the excerpt directly from WP admin.
