Downloaded this theme last week, been experiencing the ‘nothing saves’ issue. Opened a ticket, but the response time is very slow and was asked to instal a (apparently) non existing update.. they only respond at 8:00 in the morning with one response a day.. i Know it is all during the holydays, but please inform people that you won’t be responding.. now we’re not gonna make the clients deadline.. a shame because it’s a very nice and versatile theme..

I have looked after it personally, and forwarded it to developers table where it needed a bit of work to do. And that bit of work equals giving an update. Making it as fast as it can be. I want them to turn to you with complete solution which will require bit of time from you too from now as the bell has long been rung for their day off. Few more hours and it will be set up.

Hi, just purchased and installed it nicely. everything run smoothly and well done for the perfect script. i met some issue on the top navigation. when i scroll down the sample page from the demo website, the top navigation menu will become half transparency. and stay on the top of the screen page. ( left hand side also appear with a icon which can change background / pattern / theme color / heading color )

but for my installation website, it doesnt appear with this function ( icon and the half navi). do i miss up something ? or any button i forgot to switch on? thanks.

Purchased this theme.. I can’t find where to submit a ticket and need to sort this issue urgently..The Ingredient builder fails to populate with new values added and I have to retry twice or thrice for it accept to save. It is really slowing down my development process. Please help

If you update this theme, could you change two things?

1. When you load the css file on line #3850 in functions.php, could you use get_stylesheet_directory_uri() instead of get_template_directory_uri()?

2. When you load the icons for the admin menu could you use get_template_directory_uri() instead of get_stylesheet_directory_uri()?

This would make creating a child theme easier.

Yes, it can work with any e-commerce plug-in, woo-commerce is most recommended one. But it may rise some styling issues for you later on.

Hi there Chimpstudio. I’ve purchased this theme a couple weeks ago, and only now i m starting to using it for a bakery site of some friends of mine. I was following the documentation but i realised i don’t have the “General setting” menu you show up in the image. I’m totally no pro, so i think i might had miss something, but i don’t know what. It might be a problem whit the theme uploading? I mean i need to open a ticket? Thanks for your time and your disposal BTW the theme is very cool.

The theme is WPML supported and there is option of RTL On/Off in theme options that works fine. For some reasons, I cannot offer you a look into the back end of theme. Please try to understand my limitations in this case.

Hi there Chimpstudio. I got a couple of problems and i honestly don’t if i have to open a ticket for it, cause i think it’s no big deal. First of all, I didn’t undertsand how to manage the image style: when i use the code for image, I always have it with the dark shadow in the bottom of the photo. I know there are proper style for it as “dark_shadow”, “border” and similar, but i don’t know how to trig it. I got a problem with twitter api to: I paiste my “keys” as it has shown in the documentation, but i got the tweets from your twitter account. Do i have to “work” on oauth css. sheet?
