fmgroh – i have the same question.

i have also found 2 bugs 1: if you click the LIST VIEW rather than the default view, when you go back to the home page the NEW PRODUCTS have vanished. If you go back and click GRID VIEW and return to te home page the NEW PRODUCTS are back! 2: in client accounts/wishlist there is nothing at all – although products added to the wishlist show in the sidebar of customer accounts!

anyone else have these issues and maybe a fix?

cameronferris – I can’t replicate your issue in prettycorsets.com but my NEW PRODUCTS do quickly take up the whole home page and then come back in line. Must be something unique to your site – could I take a look at yours please as I am curious? I have not tried to use the wish list yet but will test mine for this and get back to you. I am really very dissapointed that there seems to be no way to change up the NEW PRODUCTS on the home page without me manually going in and remaking all the first 10 products once a month – HOW SAD is this!!!

C’mon KOOLTHEMASTER put your money where your mouth is and help us out here! Can you not address what is clearly unfinished on your template with the NEW PRODUCTS ?? I’m starting to feel as though I should have purchased elsewhere!! Can I have a partial refund?

KOOL – when I add an item to my wishlist and then click ‘add to cart’ from within the wishlist – then you are directed to the product where you select the color options or whatever you have like size, color – THEN it does NOT successfully add to cart for me the wheel just go round and nothing happens – it does not ever add to cart – PLEASE KOOLthemaster contact me about this! it is a bad bug, please lets fix this please. I am emailing you about this one thanks

oh, crikey, I should have tested my site fully earlier – I just choose my own ‘free shipping’ for checkout and the cart let me do it :(:( please assist Kool

Umm, the wishlist is gone when I have placed my order and then gone back into the site logged in – the wishlist has cleared, isn’t a wishlist supposed to be ongoing??? oh so many things do not work – guess I need a coder fast! I’d like a refund on this one sorry lads!

I noticed in the demo you have some products that are Configurable Products. When i have set up Configurable Products the products they are based on still show in the home page NEW PRODUCT GALLERY ?
How do i make them not show?

And what has happened to support in general? Its gone very quiet and we need some help?

Since my post earlier today koolthememaster has spent several hours fixing all issues i had with Santana.

He has asked me to point out that he always fixes every issue, sometimes it just takes a while.

To be fair to him he did everything i asked of him and even a few things that were more general Magento issues as well.

Please keep up the good work – i will be buying a few more of your templates.

THATS Great! However, I have not had my many issues looked at at all. I am tired of waiting and would prefer a refund on this theme to purchase something that works!

I really hope that he is a man of his word as I have found too many issues that have to be fixed by paid contractors, this seems harsh after paying 75.00 – sorry but I have been asking questions for many weeks now. I would rather pay to have it all fixed then beg Kool and then have to come on here and praise him for helping as he wants me too. He has helped me just 1 time with the flags and I had to give thanks and praise – the theme should already be working OK after all this time available for sale.

Still waiting here to get assistance from theme author – I would have thought the cart not working correctly would have been rather important.. would have thought the wish list was rather important … whistling crickets…..

Replies in time telling me to stop posting, as I adversely affecting sales, and would look at wishlist not adding to cart issue, nothing else. I’m still waiting to have it looked at though. I give up, and do suggest you purchase something else, unless you want a buggy theme out of the box. :x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x:x
