HI,

I left a support query on your forum last night. Would you be able to have a look and let me know if it is possible?

Thanks,

Jack

Well not a support forum as such, your ticksy support portal. The one in the Support tab at the top of this page.

I’m sorry I forgot to remove that, I no longer use the ticksy system. Can you please contact me using the contact form on my profile page? I’ll take a look at your problem immediately.

Thanks, and again sorry for the confusion.

OK, I’ll send you a message now.

Thanks,

Jack

I am interested in purchasing this template, is it possible to make it in a combination of black and white instead of golden and white and if it is possible to include a animated text rotater where it says “Professional Photographer”, which keeps on changing with some soft animation. Like “Professional Photographer”, “Graphic Designer”, something like that ???? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

Hello, yes, you can use any color you want. Please reach me through the contact form on my profile, so we could continue this discussion over email.

Regards.

hello, i am interesting in your template but i have one question before buying. can i add a few pictures to one project, creating a mini gallery? I need to show the progress of every project

TonyBogdanov

Hello and thank you for the question.

Each project has it’s own page, which you can design and customize however you want.

Regards.

Sometimes not all the images are loaded in the portfolio section (i.e. when you try to refresh page in Chrome). If you call isotope() when not all images are fully loaded, some tiles overlap and you can’t see some images. This is a known issue of the library: http://isotope.metafizzy.co/appendix.html#imagesloaded

A quick-and-dirty workaround is to download and include the imagesLoaded plugin on the html page:
<script type="text/javascript" src="./js/imagesloaded.pkgd.min.js"></script>
And in /js/script.js add the following:
$('.portfolio').imagesLoaded( function() {
    $('.portfolio').isotope('layout');
});
Beside this, excellent design!

Thank you for the great feedback!

An official update (version 1.3) will be available soon, you can already see it in the preview!

Thank you!

Great template but how do I turn off all the animations that happen as you are scrolling down? It laggs out the browser too much so I would like to turn them all off.

Note that I am only referring to the animations that are triggered by scrolling, but I want to keep the mouseover animations and the navbar animations that change as you move through the sections.

Thank you :)

TonyBogdanov

Hey, thanks for the interest!

To remove the animations you can open the HTML file, scroll down to the bottom and remove the line which includes the init-scroll.js file. That would remove only the animations, which happen while scrolling.

Thank you Tony :)

That has done the trick but has also disabled two other effects that I wanted to keep…

1) The rotating text in the header 2) The skill bars are all staying at 0%

Is there anyway to re-enable these but leave everything else disabled?

TonyBogdanov

Sorry for the late reply!

Unfortunately the rotating header text and the skill bars use the same engine, that triggers those animations on scroll, so if you remove the animations you lose the above effects.

Instead, you can open the HTML file you need and simply remove the attributes looking like this: data-animate=”...” from all elements for which you do not want to have scrolling effects, and leave them for those for which you do want (like the header and the skill bars).

If you want, drop me a message through the contact form on my profile and tell me which HTML file you need and I will remove all data-animate attributes except the header and skill bars and send it to you for free :)

Regards.

Theme is broken. on google crome layout is different & on mozilla its different. Kindly fix this issue asap.

TonyBogdanov

Hi, I still can’t understand what lines you are talking about. I see nothing wrong on the screenshot you’ve sent me.

This is what I see in Chrome: http://imgur.com/x9YCynv,uZQlU3L#0 And this is in Firefox: http://imgur.com/x9YCynv,uZQlU3L#1

Maybe I am missing something, perhaps you could explain in more detail or send two screenshots, one from chrome and one from firefox and highlight the problem areas.

Regards.

in crome you will find two rows of portfolio and under mozilla u will find 3 rows of portfolio. Is that make any sense to you?

TonyBogdanov

Yes, I finally understood what you meant, sorry it took me so long, even though I can’t really reproduce it.

Anyway, I made some improvements and fixes and an update will, hopefully,be available pretty soon. Until then, you can check the preview and test if you still have the same issue.

If you do have the same problem (in chrome) try reloading with SHIFT+R, which would delete any cache you might have. If the problem is still there after the reload, please let me know which version of chrome are you using, so I can debug it locally.

Regards.

Great Template, i love it !!! Just one Question. If i use it in Safari the Portfolio Images are not in a row like Chrome or Firefox, everyone is like “fullscreen” and that looks a bit bad and much to big. Also the quality of the images is bad becouse they are not for such a big size. Safari also crashes often if i scroll down (safari 5.1.7.) Would be amazing if i get a tipp to fix that “little” problem, else every apple user can’t enjoy the page like other. But still an amazing template ;) Thx and regards

TonyBogdanov

Thank you for you interest!

I will investigate the issue and I will write you back if I come up with a good solution.

Cool thx. I just found out that nearly the same problem happens in every Browser, if you at a Popup-Link (#!popup.html) to on link in the nav-Bar. Would be also cool to add Popup-Links in the Navigation. Maybe that helps to find the problem ?
